双级时效对7050铝合金力学性能及耐腐蚀性的影响

【摘要】:采用力学性能测试、电导率测试、晶间腐蚀试验以及金相显微镜观察等方法,研究了双级时效处理对7050铝合金挤压棒材力学性能及耐腐性能的影响。结果表明:随着双级时效时间的延长,铝合金的强度、硬度降低,导电率值逐渐增加,同时合金的应力腐蚀敏感性不断降低。当采用双级固溶450℃×1.5 h+495℃×1 h,双级时效120℃×8 h+160℃×8 h热处理制度处理时,7050铝合金的抗拉强度、伸长率和导电率分别为689.4 MPa、12.72%、35.03%IACS,腐蚀等级3级,综合性能最佳。
[Abstract]:The effects of two-stage aging treatment on the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 7050 aluminum alloy extruded bar were studied by means of mechanical property test, electrical conductivity test, intergranular corrosion test and metallographic microscope observation. The results show that the strength and hardness of aluminum alloy decrease with the increase of two-stage aging time, the conductivity increases gradually, and the stress corrosion sensitivity of the alloy decreases. The tensile strength, elongation and conductivity of the aluminum alloy were 689.4 MPA, 12.72 and 35.03 IACSs respectively, and the comprehensive properties were the best when the two-stage solution was treated with 450 鈩,
