等通道转角挤压过程中工艺参数对摩擦应力的影响及模具优化

【摘要】:使用有限元模型模拟分析了不同等通道转角挤压工艺参数对挤压过程中摩擦应力的影响,研究了工艺参数变化对最大摩擦应力大小的影响规律。使用工业AZ31镁合金进行等通道转角挤压试验,并对模拟结果进行了验证。结果表明,无过渡圆角时,模具内角对转角处最大摩擦应力影响大于模具外角对该处摩擦应力的影响。增加过渡圆角后,随着圆角半径增大,摩擦应力集中显著减小,并使圆角两侧摩擦应力数值接近,最大摩擦应力随摩擦系数增加而线性增加。理论分析结果与试验结果相一致。
[Abstract]:The influence of the technological parameters of different channel angle extrusion on the friction stress in the extrusion process was simulated by using the finite element model, and the influence of the process parameters on the maximum friction stress was studied. The equal channel angular extrusion test of industrial AZ31 magnesium alloy was carried out, and the simulation results were verified. The results show that the influence of the internal angle of the die on the maximum friction stress of the corner is greater than that of the external angle of the die. With the increase of the transition angle, the friction stress concentration decreases significantly with the increase of the radius of the corner, and the value of the friction stress on both sides of the corner is close to that of the corner, and the maximum friction stress increases linearly with the increase of the friction coefficient. The theoretical analysis results are in agreement with the experimental results.
