热冲压模具冷却系统流速均匀优化研究

【摘要】:为优化热冲压模具的冷却系统,减小各型面水管之间的流速差异,提高成形件的产品质量,针对大流速型面水管,提出了将该水管的连接水管沿两个不同方向进行偏置以降低流速的方法。以各型面水管的流速标准差为质量指标,设计正交试验,得到最佳偏置距离。由优化后的冷却系统流场及模面温度分析可知,两种偏置下各管道流速均匀性分别提高了86.2%和77.6%,模面最高温度分别下降了18.5和11.6℃,模面平均温度分别下降了13.0和5.3℃。搭建了相应的试验系统进行流速测试,试验结果和仿真吻合。研究表明,该方法能有效改善模具冷却水管流速不均,提高模面温度均匀性。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the cooling system of hot stamping die, reduce the difference of flow velocity between different surface water pipes, and improve the product quality of forming parts, aiming at the high velocity surface water pipe, The method of biasing the connecting pipe along two different directions in order to reduce the velocity of flow is put forward.
