【摘要】:通过弯曲试验研究了双相Ni_(58)Mn_(25)Ga_(16.9)Gd_(0.1)合金的形状记忆效应和回复率。结果表明,该合金具有优异的形状回复能力。在预变形4.6%加热后,可以得到86%的形状回复率,高于已报道的双相Ni-Mn-Ga合金。这是因为Gd掺杂提高了γ相的临界滑移应力,使γ相不易发生变形。
[Abstract]:The shape memory effect and the recovery rate of the biphasic NiStack58 Mn-MN _ (25) GdSZ _ (0.1) alloy have been studied by means of bending test. The results are as follows: (1) the shape memory effect and the recovery rate of the alloy are studied. The results show that the alloy has excellent shape recovery ability. After predeformation of 4.6% heating, 86% shape recovery can be obtained, which is higher than the reported dual phase Ni-Mn-Ga alloy. This is because Gd doping increases the critical slip stress of 纬 phase and makes 纬 phase difficult to deform.
