电水壶壶嘴焊接曲面抛光路径的轨迹研究

【摘要】:不锈钢电水壶的应用市场越来越大,对电水壶抛光质量的要求也越来越高。为了保证水壶壶嘴焊接处的加工质量,文章对壶嘴焊接曲面处的抛光路径进行了规划。为了便于电水壶壶嘴的数控加工,首先对电水壶进行实体扫描,建立水壶模型后可以有效提取磨具的刀触点集,得到磨具的刀位点轨迹。并对磨具进行抛光行距分析以及磨具姿态的控制分析,得到磨具任意加工点处刀轴转动角度公式。最后在磨具刀位点轨迹以及姿态分析的基础上对电水壶回嘴焊接曲面的抛光加工做运动仿真分析,加工时磨具加工面与壶嘴焊接曲面充分相切接触,在很大程度上可以提高加工效率和加工质量。
[Abstract]:The application market of the stainless steel electric kettle is becoming more and more large, and the quality of the electric kettle polishing is becoming more and more demanding. In order to ensure the processing quality of the welding place of the pot mouth, the polishing path of the surface of the pot mouth is planned. In order to facilitate the NC machining of the kettle mouth, the solid scans of the electric kettle and the water kettle are set up first. After the model, the tool contact set of the grinding tool can be effectively extracted and the tool locus of the grinding tool is obtained. The grinding distance analysis of the grinding tool and the control analysis of the grinding tool attitude are analyzed. The rotation angle formula of the cutter shaft at any machining point at the grinding tool is obtained. Finally, the welding surface of the electric kettle is reopened on the basis of the locus of the tool loci and the attitude analysis of the grinding tool. The polishing process makes motion simulation analysis. The machining surface of the grinding tool is in full contact with the curved surface of the pot mouth, and the processing efficiency and quality can be improved to a great extent.
