餐勺用1Cr17不锈钢冲压开裂原因分析

【摘要】:某工厂使用3.5 mm厚的冷轧退火产品1Cr17不锈钢在生产不锈钢餐勺时,材料发生冲压开裂。利用SEM、光学显微镜、显微硬度测试仪等手段,对开裂处进行断口观察、金相分析、显微硬度测试。研究结果表明,该产品冲压开裂的主要原因是不恰当的热处理导致1Cr17不锈钢在退火过程中进入α+γ双相区,最终在冷却到室温后出现马氏体相,马氏体大大降低了材料的塑性和韧性,导致了冲压开裂。
[Abstract]:In a factory, 1Cr17 stainless steel, a 3.5mm thick cold rolled annealing product, was used to produce stainless steel. By means of SEM, optical microscope and microhardness tester, fracture surface observation, metallographic analysis and microhardness test were carried out. The results show that the main reason for stamping cracking of 1Cr17 stainless steel is that improper heat treatment leads to 伪 纬 duplex phase during annealing, and martensite phase appears after cooling to room temperature. Martensite greatly reduces the plasticity and toughness of the material, resulting in stamping cracking.
