电主轴电磁型平衡头设计与控制研究

【摘要】:随着旋转机械主轴高速、精密、自动化的发展,将电机和旋转轴合为一体的电主轴运用而生。电主轴运转速度很高,使用电主轴机床加工的零件的精度要求很高,使得其不平衡量要求更高,许用不平衡量更小,为实现电主轴不停机的在线动平衡,需要设计一种可控的不平衡量调节的主动装置。本文基于转子动平衡和电磁场理论设计分析了一款电主轴电磁型平衡头,并对其控制方案进行分析。本文主要工作如下(1)针对电主轴的不平衡量设计了一款对称设计两个配重盘的电磁型平衡头结构,研究平衡头中永磁体磁化周围铁磁性物质特性,研究受到外界磁场影响时永磁体的受力运动,将平衡头的零部件组成分为动环和静环,分析静环中的静环线圈通电后在静环铁芯和铁磁板、永磁体组成的回路驱动原理,动环中配重盘配重原理,永磁体磁化铁磁板形成的自锁原理。(2)对平衡头零部件的材料性能分析,并对平衡头结构模型简化使其适用于Ansoft软件,简化后的2D、3D结构模型进行磁场分析,主要分析永磁体的受力。(3)基于平衡头结构提出一种改变磁性板相位的控制方法,该方案相对已有的方案可以增加可实现不平衡的幅值相位数据,将此数据建立为平衡头可平衡量的数据库,在电主轴平衡控制系统中应用。
[Abstract]:With the development of high speed, precision and automation of the spindle of rotating machinery, the motor and the rotating shaft are used as one of the motorized spindle. The speed of the spindle is very high, the precision of the parts processed by the spindle machine is very high, which makes the imbalance demand higher and the unbalance is smaller, in order to realize the online movement of the spindle without stopping the machine. In this paper, an electromagnetic balance head of an electric spindle is designed and analyzed based on the rotor dynamic balance and electromagnetic field theory. The main work of this paper is as follows (1) a symmetrical design of two weight disks is designed for the uneven measurement of the spindle. The structure of electromagnetic balance head is used to study the properties of ferromagnetic materials around magnetized magnets in the balance head. The force motion of permanent magnets under the influence of external magnetic field is studied. The components of the balance head are divided into dynamic rings and static rings. The loop driving principle of static ring coils in static ring iron core, ferromagnetic plate and permanent magnet is analyzed after the static ring coil is electrified. The principle of weight distribution of the counterweight disc in the dynamic ring, the self locking principle of magnetized magnetized ferromagnetic plate of permanent magnet. (2) analysis of the material properties of the balance head parts, and simplify the structure model of the balance head to apply to the Ansoft software, the simplified 2D, 3D structure model to analyze the magnetic field, and mainly analyze the force of the permanent magnet. (3) a balance head structure is proposed. The control method of changing the phase of the magnetic plate is introduced. The scheme can increase the unbalance amplitude phase data relative to the existing scheme. The data is set up as the balance of the balance of the balance head and is applied in the balance control system of the electric spindle.
