AZ31B镁合金轧制过程中的温升效应

【摘要】:采用内镶测温偶原位测量的方法测定了AZ31B镁合金在不同轧制工艺条件下的温度变化过程。结果表明:整个温度变化过程分为变形过程(0.02~0.08 s)和温度均匀过程(0.8~1.2 s)。这2个阶段的温升值都与压下量正相关,而与初轧温度反相关。在200℃下45%压下量轧制时两温升值分别达到80和35℃。在此基础上建立经验公式来预测温升。变形热引起的温升效应显著影响轧板的组织和再结晶行为。
[Abstract]:The temperature change process of AZ31B magnesium alloy under different rolling conditions was measured by in-situ measurement with inlay temperature couple. The results show that the whole process of temperature variation can be divided into two parts: the deformation process is 0.02 ~ 0.08 s) and the temperature homogenization process is 0.8 ~ (1.2) s ~ (-1).
