动态人工热电偶法

【摘要】:结合半人工热电偶法和人工热电偶法的特点,提出了一种新的测量切削温度的方法——动态人工热电偶法.该方法具有人工热电偶法无需二次标定、能够测量绝缘体的切削温度以及半人工热电偶法能够直接测量切削区切削温度的特点.通过比较相同加工条件下新测量方法和半人工热电偶法分别测量的铝合金板铣削过程中切削区的温度值,验证了新方法的测量准确性.试验表明:动态人工热电偶法与半人工热电偶法的测量结果较为吻合.对于热电势,平均绝对误差小于2.5%,标准差小于0.9mV;对于温度值,平均绝对误差小于3%,标准差小于14℃.此外,利用动态人工热电偶法测量了环氧树脂切削区的温度变化情况,证明该方法能够有效测量绝缘体切削区的切削温度.
[Abstract]:Based on the characteristics of semi-artificial thermocouple method and artificial thermocouple method, a new method of measuring cutting temperature, dynamic artificial thermocouple method, is proposed. The method can measure the cutting temperature of the insulator and the cutting temperature of the cutting zone directly by the method of artificial thermocouple without secondary calibration. The accuracy of the new method is verified by comparing the temperature values of the cutting region in the milling process of aluminum alloy plate with the new measurement method and semi-artificial thermocouple method under the same processing conditions. The experimental results show that the dynamic artificial thermocouple method is in good agreement with the semi-artificial thermocouple method. For thermoelectric potential, the average absolute error is less than 2.5 and the standard deviation is less than 0.9 MV, for temperature, the average absolute error is less than 3 and the standard deviation is less than 14 鈩,
