基于动态资源的数控加工车间管理系统开发

【摘要】:在离散型制造企业数控加工车间中,计划期内机床负荷、故障、刀具剩余寿命等动态资源信息将会影响车间生产调度方案的制定和执行,传统的车间资源管理通常侧重于对车间资源静态信息的管理,忽略了对车间资源动态信息的管理。本文通过开发基于动态资源的数控加工车间管理系统,实现对车间机床、刀具、NC程序、物料等生产资源的静态及动态信息管理,在此基础上考虑车间机床、刀具等动态资源信息,制定符合车间实际生产的车间调度计划,避免出现因机床、刀具不可用或加工能力不足而导致的生产停机问题。论文的主要研究内容如下:(1)首先对现阶段数控加工车间管理系统仍需解决的问题进行研究分析,提出基于动态资源的数控加工车间管理系统开发的总体设计方案,并确定了数控加工车间管理系统开发的总体框架和开发环境,最后进行了系统数据库的设计。(2)数控加工车间资源信息管理研究。系统主要分为车间资源管理模块、调度模型管理模块、作业调度模块及系统辅助管理模块,针对车间资源管理模块,研究基于动态资源的数控加工车间资源的信息管理,建立数控加工车间资源管理对象模型,完成对车间机床、刀具、物料等资源基本静态信息的管理及数控机床和刀具的状态、加工能力等动态信息的管理,实现数控机床与刀具的动态关联信息管理,为工件工序加工提供车间动态资源信息。(3)考虑刀具流的车间柔性作业调度研究。在传统车间调度过程中忽略了刀具因素,认为刀具任意时刻都满足需要。但由于产品多样性要求的提高以及刀具购置成本的约束,在车间调度过程中的刀具资源约束不能忽略。首先建立考虑刀具流的车间柔性作业调度模型,工序可在多台设备上加工,并且在不同设备上加工时可选用的刀具不同,然后设计蚁群-遗传混合算法进行问题求解,利用蚁群算法解决柔性工艺路线的确定问题,最后在工件工序优化排序过程中,考虑机床和刀具资源的约束信息,研究免疫遗传算法中考虑刀具冲突约束的关键解码方法,生成满足要求的调度方案。(4)系统功能模块开发及测试。系统功能模块的开发基于.NET平台,采用C#编程语言进行开发,后台数据库服务器为SQL Server,其中核心车间调度算法通过Matlab编写,并生成动态链接库文件,供系统调用。最后结合具体案例对系统进行测试,验证系统的可行性。
[Abstract]:In the numerical control workshop of discrete manufacturing enterprise, the dynamic information of machine tool load, fault, tool residual life and so on will affect the formulation and execution of workshop scheduling scheme during the planning period. The traditional management of workshop resources usually focuses on the static information of workshop resources and neglects the management of dynamic information of workshop resources. In this paper, the management system of NC machining workshop based on dynamic resources is developed to realize the static and dynamic information management of production resources, such as workshop machine tool, cutter NC program, material, etc. On this basis, the workshop machine tool is considered. The dynamic resource information such as cutting tools is used to make the workshop scheduling plan which accords with the actual production of the workshop to avoid the problem of production shutdown caused by the machine tool the tool is not available or the machining ability is insufficient. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) firstly, the problems that still need to be solved in the management system of NC machining workshop at present are studied and analyzed, and the overall design scheme of NC machining workshop management system based on dynamic resources is put forward. The general framework and development environment of the NC workshop management system are determined. Finally, the design of the system database. 2) the resource information management of the NC machining workshop is studied. The system is mainly divided into workshop resource management module, scheduling model management module, job scheduling module and system assistant management module. For workshop resource management module, the information management of NC machining workshop resources based on dynamic resources is studied. Set up the resource management object model of NC machining workshop, complete the management of the basic static information of machine tool, cutting tool, material and other resources in the workshop, and manage the dynamic information of NC machine tool and tool, machining ability, etc. The dynamic correlation information management between NC machine tools and cutting tools is realized, and the workshop flexible job scheduling considering cutting tool flow is studied, which provides workshop dynamic resource information for workpiece processing. The tool factor is neglected in the traditional job shop scheduling process, and it is considered that the tool meets the requirement at any time. However, due to the increase of product diversity requirements and the constraints of tool acquisition cost, the tool resource constraints can not be ignored in the process of job shop scheduling. In this paper, a flexible scheduling model considering cutting tool flow is established. The process can be processed on multiple equipments, and the tools can be used on different equipments. Then, the ant colony genetic hybrid algorithm is designed to solve the problem. Ant colony algorithm (ACA) is used to solve the problem of determining flexible process route. Finally, the key decoding method considering tool conflict constraints in immune genetic algorithm (IGA) is studied by considering the constraint information of machine tools and tool resources in the process of optimizing the scheduling of workpieces. Generation of the required scheduling scheme. 4) system function module development and testing. The development of the system function module is based on. Net platform, using C # programming language to develop, the background database server is SQL Server, in which the core workshop scheduling algorithm is compiled by Matlab, and the dynamic link library file is generated for the system to call. Finally, combined with specific cases to test the system, verify the feasibility of the system.
