【摘要】:通过显微组织观察、扫描电镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、室温拉伸试验等测试方法,研究了Al-Cu-Li-Mg-Ag-Ce(-Zr)合金的强化机制。结果表明:合金固溶温度为520℃;添加微量的Zr元素,可以显著细化合金晶粒,提高合金峰时效强度;T8峰时效与T6峰时效态相比,合金强度进一步提升,并且达到了良好的强塑性配合。
