国家金属腐蚀控制研究中心研发的镁合金表面处理技术取得广泛应用

【摘要】:正针对不同工程应用的目标需求,国家金属腐蚀控制研究中心发明了系列镁合金表面处理技术,并取得了广泛应用。发明的钝化效果好的环保型化学转化膜技术,具有成本低、结合力强、耐腐蚀性佳等特点,被美国独立第三方盲评为国际领先技术,已经成功在汽车部件上批量应用(已装车数百万辆)。化学转化膜技术在中国和美国均已经获授权发明专利。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirements of different engineering applications, a series of magnesium alloy surface treatment technologies have been developed by the State Research Center for Metal corrosion Control, and have been widely used. The environmental friendly chemical conversion film technology, which has good passivation effect, has the characteristics of low cost, strong adhesion, good corrosion resistance, etc., and has been appraised as the international leading technology by American independent third party blind. It has been successfully applied to the automobile parts (millions of cars have been loaded). Chemical conversion membrane technology has been patented in both China and the United States.
