1Cr11MoNiW1VNbN钢气体渗氮方法研究

【摘要】:研究了一种对1Cr11Mo Ni W1VNb N钢进行气体渗氮的工艺方法,采用较高温度在奥氏体区渗氮,通过多次试验摸索出一种较好的工艺方法,并用显微镜、硬度计等对渗氮后试样的渗层深度、裂纹情况、表面硬度、阶梯硬度等进行了测试分析。结果表明:采用温度(625±5)℃渗氮、(640±5)℃退氮的三段渗氮方法,可以满足1Cr11Mo Ni W1VNb N钢渗层深度≥0.25 mm、表面维氏硬度739~840 HV的技术要求。
[Abstract]:A method for nitriding 1Cr11Mo Ni W 1VNB N steel by gas nitriding was studied. A better method was found out by several experiments in austenite region at higher temperature.
