固化工艺对无取向环保硅钢绝缘涂层性能的影响

【摘要】:目的为探究不同固化工艺对无取向环保硅钢绝缘涂层性能的影响,研究无取向环保硅钢绝缘涂层的固化成膜机理。方法配制了一种新型环保硅钢绝缘涂层液,分别使用不同固化工艺对涂层进行固化,通过中性盐雾试验、电化学测试、涂层绝缘电阻测量仪及扫描电镜来评价涂层的耐腐蚀性能、电化学性能、绝缘性能及表面形貌,进而探究工艺对无取向硅钢绝缘涂层性能的影响,并通过热重差热分析和涂层的红外谱图研究了涂层的固化成膜机理。结果当固化温度为400℃、固化时间为20 s时,无取向环保硅钢绝缘涂层表面均匀致密,5 h中性盐雾试验锈蚀百分比小于10%,电化学参数最佳,绝缘电阻值达到300?·mm~2。结论 400℃固化20 s的涂层表面形貌、电化学性能、耐腐蚀性能和绝缘性能最优异,能够满足用户使用要求且绿色环保,对硅钢涂层的实际生产具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of different curing processes on the properties of non-oriented environmental protection silicon steel insulation coating and to study the curing mechanism of non-oriented environmental protection silicon steel insulation coating. Methods A new kind of insulating coating liquid for environmental protection silicon steel was prepared. The coating was cured by different curing processes. Neutral salt spray test and electrochemical test were used. The corrosion resistance, electrochemical properties, insulation properties and surface morphology of the coatings were evaluated by the coating insulation resistance measuring instrument and scanning electron microscope, and the effects of the process on the properties of the non-oriented silicon steel insulation coatings were investigated.
