连铸及热轧生产计划系统开发

【摘要】:本文主要研究了连铸及热轧生产计划问题,包括建立连铸及热轧生产计划模型、提出求解这一模型的启发式算法和智能优化算法,以及设计和开发连铸及热轧生产计划系统。本文的主要工作如下:1.描述了连铸及热轧问题的实际背景,包括产品、生产线、产能、系统需求等情况。在此基础上,经过分析,获取了连铸及热轧问题的关键信息,并建立了相关的表格。然后,建立了以在热轧阶段轧辊切换次数最少和在连铸阶段使用的中间包(浇次)数量最少为目标的连铸及热轧生产计划问题全局数学模型,和以轧辊切换次数最少为目标的热轧生产计划问题简化数学模型,并对两个模型进行了比较。2.应用启发式调度规则和智能优化方法相结合的策略来求解连铸及热轧生产计划问题。基于连铸及热轧生产计划实际经验的启发式调度算法可以成功地求解该问题,并能够获得一个较好的初始解。为了进一步优化连铸及热轧生产计划结果,分别应用了粒子群算法和遗传算法求解连铸及热轧生产计划问题全局数学模型和热轧生产计划问题简化数学模型。最后,对三种方法进行了比较。3.设计了连铸及热轧生产计划系统。首先,确定了由用户界面层、应用层和数据库层构成的三层架构的系统开发方案,以及各个层的功能;其次,描述了系统的运行开发环境;最后,设计了数据库层用户信息数据、订单信息数据、约束信息数据、中间结果信息数据和最终结果信息数据的主要基表,并描述了各主要基表之间的逻辑关系。4.按照系统设计方案实现了连铸及热轧生产计划系统。在数据库层,描述了Excel订单数据导入数据库线材订单需求表时的自动导入步骤;在应用层,介绍了系统主要的静态函数,并通过优化设计使系统具有更好的扩展性。在用户界面层,展示了用户模块,订单输入模块,工艺约束模块,中间结果模块和结果输出模块的界面及其部分代码,并实现了水晶报表自动导出连铸及热轧生产计划结果的功能。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the production planning problems of continuous casting and hot rolling are studied, including the establishment of continuous casting and hot rolling production planning model, the heuristic algorithm and intelligent optimization algorithm for solving this model, and the design and development of continuous casting and hot rolling production planning system. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. This paper describes the practical background of continuous casting and hot rolling problems, including products, production lines, production capacity, system requirements and so on. On the basis of the analysis, the key information of continuous casting and hot rolling is obtained, and the related tables are established. Then, a global mathematical model of continuous casting and hot rolling production planning problem is established, which aims at the minimum number of roll switching times in hot rolling stage and the minimum number of tundish (casting times) used in continuous casting stage. And the simplified mathematical model of hot rolling production planning with the goal of minimum roll switching times is given and the comparison between the two models is given. The heuristic scheduling rule and intelligent optimization method are used to solve the continuous casting and hot rolling production planning problems. The heuristic scheduling algorithm based on the practical experience of continuous casting and hot rolling production planning can successfully solve the problem and obtain a better initial solution. In order to optimize the production planning results of continuous casting and hot rolling, particle swarm optimization algorithm and genetic algorithm were applied to solve the global mathematical model of continuous casting and hot rolling production planning problem and the simplified mathematical model of hot rolling production planning problem. Finally, the three methods are compared. The production planning system of continuous casting and hot rolling is designed. First of all, the system development scheme which is composed of user interface layer, application layer and database layer is determined, and the functions of each layer are described. Secondly, the running development environment of the system is described. The main base tables of database layer user information data, order information data, constraint information data, intermediate result information data and final result information data are designed. According to the system design, the continuous casting and hot rolling production planning system is realized. In the database layer, the automatic importing steps of Excel order data into the database wire order demand table are described, and in the application layer, the main static functions of the system are introduced, and the system has better expansibility by optimizing design. In the user interface layer, the interface of user module, order input module, process constraint module, intermediate result module and result output module and some codes are displayed. The function of automatically deriving the results of continuous casting and hot rolling production is realized.
