汽车活塞销的挤压工艺优化研究

【摘要】:采用不同工艺挤压了ASTM 1045钢制汽车活塞销,并进行了25℃室温和500℃高温下的耐磨损性能试验与分析。结果表明,随模具预热温度从160℃增大至240℃,挤压温度从500℃增大至700℃,或挤压速度从270 mm/min增大至390 mm/min,汽车活塞销的室温和高温磨损体积均先减小后增大,室温和高温耐磨损性能均先提高后下降。活塞销的最佳挤压工艺参数为:220℃模具预热温度、675℃挤压温度和360 mm/min挤压速度。
