钢筋折弯技术研究及空间马凳折弯机的设计

【摘要】:马凳是一种广泛用于结构钢筋工程中钢筋层之间的支撑件,由于现有的马凳折弯设备只能用来折弯平面马凳构件,空间马凳的生产则主要通过人工折弯的方式完成,人工折弯马凳的生产方式存在工作环境恶劣、生产效率低、劳动强度大等问题。本课题拟设计一种能够完成盘卷钢筋矫直、自动送料、钢筋定长切断以及空间马凳折弯于一体的空间马凳折弯机。主要研究内容如下:(1)根据钢筋空间马凳的生产工艺步骤,设计空间马凳折弯机总体方案,基于钢筋弹塑性变形理论,分析了钢筋弯曲和矫直变形机理,通过对比分析各个钢筋矫直和折弯方案的优势和缺陷,选择了最适合本课题空间马凳折弯机的钢筋矫直和折弯的方案。(2)对钢筋工程中采用的热轧钢筋进行力学性能比较和分析,选取Ⅲ级热轧钢筋作为马凳制作钢筋;依据钢筋折弯方案,建立了钢筋折弯的数学分析模型,将选取的Ⅲ级钢筋力学参数代入模型,计算钢筋折弯所需的弯矩和折弯力。将钢筋定义为理论弹塑性材料,并对其90°折弯回弹角度进行了分析计算。(3)为了得到更准确的钢筋折弯卸载回弹量,优化钢筋折弯机构相关设计参数,并进行了钢筋折弯实验,检测钢筋在不同弯心圆角和靠模间隙的条件下折弯力的大小,并对钢筋90°折弯卸载回弹量进行检测,选取合理的弯曲参数作为钢筋折弯机构的设计依据。(4)利用NX UG 8.0对空间马凳折弯机关键执行部件进行详细设计,并对其中的重要参数进行了计算校核。完成了空间马凳折弯机整机的虚拟建模、装配,对整机装配模型进行干涉检查分析。(5)根据空间马凳折弯机工作过程中钢筋矫直、定长切断、撑筋折弯、马凳弯脚等各执行部件的工作顺序,对各执行部件的执行动作进行时序设计,并对整机的工作过程做了运动仿真分析。(6)基于空间马凳折弯机各运动零部件的动作顺序和动作时间,设计编写了PLC逻辑控制程序,并在S7-200模拟器中对PLC程序进行了运行模拟,模拟结果符合预期设计要求,验证了控制流程的正确性。
[Abstract]:The horse stool is a kind of support widely used between the steel layers in the structural reinforcement engineering. Because the existing horse bench bending equipment can only be used to bend the plane horse stool, the production of the space horse stool is mainly completed by artificial bending. There are some problems in the production mode of artificial bending horse stool, such as poor working environment, low production efficiency and high labor intensity. In this paper, a kind of space horse bench bending machine is designed, which can straighten the rebar, automatically feed the steel bar, cut the steel bar and bend the space horse stool in one body. The main research contents are as follows: (1) according to the production process of the steel bar space horse stool, the overall scheme of the space horse bench bending machine is designed. Based on the elastic plastic deformation theory of steel bar, the bending and straightening mechanism of the steel bar is analyzed. By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each steel bar straightening and bending scheme, the author chooses the most suitable steel bar straightening and bending scheme for the space horse bench bending machine. (2) the mechanical properties of hot rolled steel bar used in steel bar engineering are compared and analyzed.
