专用树脂在发动机铸件制芯过程中的应用

【摘要】:介绍了制芯过程中出现的常见问题。针对缸体和缸盖砂芯对树脂提出的使用性能要求,开发出3种专用树脂。对3种树脂的技术指标、特点和应用领域进行了详细介绍。这3种树脂在各企业的缸体、缸盖上进行了生产应用试验,结果显示:制芯中心专用树脂有效解决了缸体、缸盖在制芯过程中存在的粘模和生产效率低的问题,提高了制芯效率;而薄壁复杂砂芯专用树脂则有效解决了砂芯不致密、强度低和铸件烧结等问题,通过专用树脂组合方案有效地解决了制芯中存在的问题。
[Abstract]:Three kinds of special resins were developed according to the performance requirements of cylinder block and cylinder head sand core. The technical specifications, characteristics and application fields of three resins were introduced in detail. The special resin for the center can effectively solve the problems of the cylinder block and the cylinder head in the process of core-making, such as low mold adhesion and production efficiency, and improve the core-making efficiency; while the special resin for the thin-walled and complex sand core can effectively solve the problems of the sand core not compact, low strength and casting sintering, and effectively solve the problems existing in the core-making through the special resin combination scheme.
