锻压温度对Cr12Mo1V1组织性能的影响

【摘要】:以管割刀片用的Cr12Mo1V1钢为研究对象,分析不同的锻压工艺对其硬度、冲击韧性的影响,并使用OM、XRD、SEM分析不同工艺下的微观组织。研究结果表明:相比于直接空冷淬火,锻后空冷的峰值硬度向右偏移,在1100℃时达到峰值887 HV;随着锻压温度升高,650℃回火冲击韧性呈现下降趋势,马氏体转变量减少,残余奥氏体量增加;锻后空冷碳化物主要为M7C3型。综合分析表明,锻压温度为1100~1160℃时,锻压刀片能够得到较好的组织和性能。
