TA10钛合金镦拔工艺研究

【摘要】:TA10钛合金在高温、氯化物溶液和弱还原性酸、硫酸和盐酸中耐腐蚀性表现优良,广泛应用于换热器、反应器和蒸馏等设备。TA10钛合金在重要部件应用都须经过开坯锻造,不同的锻造工艺条件下,合金的组织和性能差异很大,因此TA10钛合金开坯锻造工艺的研究具有重要的实际意义。为给TA10钛合金大锻件制定合理的开坯锻造工艺,首先将TA10钛合金铸锭进行一镦一拔、两镦两拔、三镦三拔的不同次数的镦拔,然后将不同镦拔次数后的锻件切割后分别在600℃、650℃、700℃、750℃进行退火处理,研究镦拔次数和退火温度对TA10钛合金组织和性能以及断口形貌的影响,选定合理的锻造工艺。结果表明:同一镦拔次数下,相比于退火处理前,随着退火温度的升高,TA10钛合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度下降越来越多,伸长率上升也越来越多。同一退火温度下,随着镦拔次数的增加,合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度先上升后下降,伸长率则缓慢增加。随着退火温度的升高,TA10钛合金显微组织中条状α的宽度增加;室温拉伸断口的准解理断裂特征逐渐消失,扫描断口中韧窝增多。退火温度较高时出现魏氏组织,TA10钛合金组织的均匀性变差。借助有限元软件DEFORM-3D模拟了TA10钛合金小锻件不同次数的镦拔过程,获得了不同次数镦拔过程中合金等效应力及等效应变的变化规律。二次镦粗后合金的等效应力达到最大值;二次拔长过程中,工件内部发生动态再结晶,等效应力下降;在随后的三次镦粗和三次拔长过程中,工件内部加工硬化过程和再结晶过程互相平衡,等效应力在一定范围内波动变化。两次镦拔后工件内部等效应力保持较高水平,验证了两镦两拔工艺的合理性。最后利用DEFORM-3D模拟了TA10钛合金大锻件的两镦两拔锻造过程,为TA10钛合金大锻件的开坯锻造制定了合理的工艺参数。
