环槽车削加工工艺参数优化

【摘要】:为了改善高强度环槽铆钉断颈槽车削加工过程切槽刀具磨损严重的问题,对环槽车削加工工艺参数与刀具磨损速度的关系进行了研究。运用正交试验法设计实验,得到不同工艺参数下切槽车刀前刀面的磨损速度。经过数据分析建立切槽车刀前刀面磨损速度预测数学理论模型,运用最小二乘法拟合实验数据,获得切槽车刀前刀面磨损速度与工艺参数之间的关系。考虑切削效率对加工过程的影响,运用遗传算法寻求考虑切槽车刀前刀面磨损和加工效率综合影响的全局最优参数组合,为高强度环槽铆钉断颈槽车削加工提供了理论参考。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the serious problem of cutting tool wear in the turning process of high strength ring groove rivet with broken neck groove, the relationship between cutting process parameters and cutting tool wear speed was studied. The orthogonal test method is used to design the experiment, and the wear speed of the cutting tool face under different technological parameters is obtained. Through the data analysis, the mathematical model of predicting the wear velocity of the front cutter face of the slot car is established, and the experimental data are fitted by the least square method, and the relationship between the wear velocity of the front cutter face of the slot car cutter and the technological parameters is obtained. Considering the influence of cutting efficiency on the machining process, genetic algorithm is used to find the global optimal parameter combination which considers the comprehensive influence of cutting tool face wear and machining efficiency, which provides a theoretical reference for the turning of high strength ring-groove rivets with broken neck grooves.
