氧含量对Ti-36Nb-2Ta-3Zr-xO合金阻尼性能的影响

【摘要】:采用真空非自耗熔炼法制备Ti-36Nb-2Ta-3Zr-xO(x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5,质量分数,%)合金,通过X射线衍射(XRD)仪、万能试验机、动态热机械分析(DMA)仪等测试方法研究了氧含量对固溶态Ti-36Nb-2Ta-3Zr-xO合金组织、力学性能和阻尼行为的影响。结果表明:氧元素对α″相具有抑制作用。合金呈现Snoek弛豫型阻尼特征并具有良好的高温阻尼性能,其阻尼值随着氧含量的增加而提高,而峰温无明显变化。测试频率为1.0 Hz时,合金的阻尼值从0.0283(x=0)提高到0.0355(x=0.5),峰温在230℃左右。

The effect of oxygen content on the structure of solid solution Ti-36Nb-2Ta-3Zr-xO alloy was studied by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), universal testing machine and dynamic thermomechanical analysis (DMA). The influence of mechanical properties and damping behavior. The results show that oxygen can inhibit 伪 "phase. The alloy exhibits the characteristics of Snoek relaxation type damping and has good high temperature damping property. The damping value of the alloy increases with the increase of oxygen content, but the peak temperature does not change obviously.
