多轴球头铣削SKD11模具钢疲劳及摩擦性能研究

【摘要】:SKD11模具钢是一种国内外广泛应用的冷作模具钢,其工作过程中承受很高的冲击载荷和疲劳应力,对加工表面完整性、疲劳性能及摩擦磨损性能等提出了很高的要求;多轴数控铣削加工是目前广泛应用于航空、航天、模具等制造领域的高效加工方法。因此,研究多轴铣削加工工艺对SKD11模具钢表面完整性、疲劳性能及摩擦磨损性能的影响规律,具有重要的理论及应用价值。通过有限元仿真预测了典型零件冲压模具的易失效区域,并通过模具加工和冲压试验验证了仿真的可靠性,检测了模具工作表面的粗糙度变化,研究了冲压模具的失效机理。设计并进行了多轴球头高速铣削SKD11模具钢的单因素切削试验,研究了加工路径、切削速度、径向切深和每齿进给量对加工表面表面粗糙度、表面残余应力及表面显微硬度等加工表面完整性的影响规律。基于多轴铣削试验设计了 SKD11模具钢三点弯曲疲劳试验,得到了不同加工参数下SKD11钢样条的疲劳寿命。研究了多轴铣削加工参数对SKD11钢疲劳寿命的影响,结果表明,加工路径对疲劳寿命具有重要的影响,当表面加工路径方向与表面受拉方向平行时,能够获得较高的疲劳寿命;当两方向相互垂直时,疲劳寿命最为不利;在不同的加工路径中,各加工参数对疲劳寿命的影响规律不同。基于试验结果,提出了获得高疲劳寿命的加工工艺方法。采用球-盘配合往复摩擦试验,研究了不同加工参数下球头铣削表面的摩擦系数和磨损量变化规律,结果表明:当摩擦方向与加工路径方向相互垂直时表面磨损量较小;当两方向成45°夹角时,磨损量最大;不同的加工参数对摩擦系数的影响规律在不同的加工路径中不同。
[Abstract]:SKD11 die steel is a kind of cold working die steel which is widely used at home and abroad. It bears high impact load and fatigue stress during its working process, which requires high surface integrity, fatigue performance and friction and wear performance. Multi-axis NC milling is widely used in aviation, aerospace, mold and other manufacturing fields. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the influence of multi-axis milling process on the surface integrity, fatigue properties and friction and wear properties of SKD11 die steel. The failure zone of stamping die for typical parts is predicted by finite element simulation. The reliability of simulation is verified by die processing and punching test. The change of working surface roughness of die is detected and the failure mechanism of stamping die is studied. The single factor cutting test of high speed milling SKD11 die steel with multi-axis ball head was carried out. The machining path, cutting speed, radial cutting depth and feed rate per tooth on the surface roughness were studied. Influence of surface residual stress and surface microhardness on surface integrity. The three-point bending fatigue test of SKD11 die steel is designed based on multi-axis milling test. The fatigue life of SKD11 steel spline under different processing parameters is obtained. The effect of multi-axis milling parameters on fatigue life of SKD11 steel is studied. The results show that the machining path has an important effect on fatigue life, and the higher fatigue life can be obtained when the direction of surface machining path is parallel to the direction of surface tension. When the two directions are perpendicular to each other, the fatigue life is the most disadvantageous, and in different machining paths, the influence of different processing parameters on fatigue life is different. Based on the experimental results, a process method for obtaining high fatigue life is proposed. The variation of friction coefficient and wear amount of milling surface under different machining parameters was studied by using ball disk and reciprocating friction test. The results show that the surface wear amount is smaller when the friction direction and the machining path direction are perpendicular to each other. When the angle between the two directions is 45 掳, the wear rate is the largest, and the influence of different machining parameters on the friction coefficient is different in different machining paths.
