AA6016铝合金热处理及拉深成形工艺研究

【摘要】:以AA6016变形铝合金为研究对象,对其采取了不同的热处理,得出冲压成形性能最佳的固溶和时效处理方式,并研究了拉深速度和压边力等工艺参数对板料成形性能的影响。结果表明,AA6016铝合金冲压成形性能最佳热处理方式为540℃保温40 min的固溶处理及160℃预时效10 min处理,可提高其成形极限,改善AA6016铝合金的成形性能;室温拉深时当拉深速度为3 mm·min-1,压边力大小为1.2 N·mm-2时,拉深成形性能良好,可以得到极限拉深比为1.7,为AA6016铝合金在汽车车身方面的应用提供了理论依据。
