船用柴油机可视化装配工艺规划系统及关键技术研究

【摘要】:船用柴油机作为典型的复杂装配产品,其结构复杂、功能模块较多的特点为装配工艺设计与生产制造过程带来了极大的挑战。随着计算机技术、网络技术等不断向设计制造领域的移植和集成,计算机辅助装配工艺规划已成为必然的趋势。针对目前柴油机关键件装配工艺设计过程复杂、工艺验证手段缺乏以及现场作业效率较低等问题,本文从统一数据源的角度出发,分析多种应用系统集成方式,以装配工艺设计、工艺仿真以及工艺可视化为主体关键技术展开深入的研究,构建船用柴油机可视化装配工艺规划系统平台,推动柴油机制造企业生产模式向先进制造方向的发展。具体研究内容如下所示:(1)提出基于统一数据源的三维装配工艺设计技术研究,从上游接收产品EBOM并建立产品模型库,结合工艺资源分类和建模规则建立三维工艺资源库,在EBOM基础上结合表达装配层次和顺序关系的装配转码,自动转换生成PBOM。展开详细的三维结构化装配工艺设计,各类数据集信息动态、集成的构建工艺模型以及装配工艺结构树,为下游工艺仿真及可视化提供稳定且唯一的产品、资源和工艺数据,提高数据传递的准确性,解决工艺数据管理混乱、工艺信息表达不清晰等问题。(2)围绕复杂产品装配为核心,展开数字化装配工艺仿真技术研究,结合应用系统集成方式,提取工艺设计数据,组织并转换为工艺仿真数据。搭建基于仿真的数字化装配场景,结合装配场景展开围绕以关键件为核心的装配路径规划及仿真,以及围绕人为中心的更深层次的人机工程仿真分析,且基于装配工艺设计平台,对装配仿真数据进行统一的集成管理,解决工艺方案评估缺乏可靠的验证手段等问题。(3)针对现场装配作业指导不直观、质量数据管理混乱、问题反馈不及时等问题,提出面向现场的装配工艺可视化技术研究,结合网络技术及应用系统集成方式,打造面向现场的工艺信息、资源可视化平台,充分考虑现场质量数据管理和工艺问题反馈的需求,提出现场质量数据无纸化管理方式,建立现场问题反馈沟通桥梁,达到现场作业与工艺设计“不脱节”的目的,提升面向复杂装配产品的现场作业管控效率。(4)基于上述理论分析,本文结合Teamcenter和Vis MockUp软件进行自主应用和开发,打通工艺设计与工艺仿真之间的集成链路。结合网络技术搭建面向现场的装配工艺可视化平台,方便操作人员进行可视化作业、质量数据管理和工艺执行反馈,打通协同环境下工艺设计和现场制造的各关键环节。
[Abstract]:As a typical complex assembly product, marine diesel engine has the characteristics of complex structure and more function modules, which brings great challenges to assembly process design and manufacturing process. With the continuous transplantation and integration of computer technology and network technology into the field of design and manufacture, computer-aided assembly process planning has become an inevitable trend. In view of the complex process of assembly process design of key parts of diesel engine, the lack of means of process verification and the low efficiency of field operation, this paper analyzes the integration methods of various application systems from the point of view of unified data source. Based on the key technologies of assembly process planning, process simulation and process visualization, the platform of visual assembly process planning system for marine diesel engine is constructed. Promote the development of diesel engine manufacturing enterprise production model to advanced manufacturing direction. The specific research contents are as follows: (1) the 3D assembly process planning technology research based on unified data source is proposed. The product EBOM is received from upstream and the product model library is established. The 3D process resource database is established by combining process resource classification and modeling rules. On the basis of EBOM, the assembly transcoding based on the expression of assembly hierarchy and sequence is combined to generate PBOM. automatically. Detailed 3D structured assembly process planning, dynamic information of all kinds of data sets, integrated process model and assembly process structure tree are developed to provide stable and unique products, resources and process data for downstream process simulation and visualization. Improve the accuracy of data transmission, solve the process data management confusion, process information is not clear and other issues. (2) around the complex product assembly as the core, the digital assembly process simulation technology research, combined with the application system integration, Process planning data are extracted, organized and converted into process simulation data. The digital assembly scene based on simulation is built, and the assembly path planning and simulation based on the key parts is combined with the assembly scene, and the deeper ergonomics simulation analysis is carried out around the human being. Based on the assembly process planning platform, the integrated management of assembly simulation data is carried out, and the problem of lack of reliable verification means for process scheme evaluation is solved. (3) aiming at the fact that the on-site assembly operation guidance is not intuitive, the quality data management is confused. The problem feedback is not timely and so on. This paper puts forward the field oriented assembly process visualization technology research, combined with network technology and application system integration method, to create a field oriented process information, resource visualization platform, Considering the demand of field quality data management and process problem feedback, the paper puts forward the paperless management mode of field quality data, establishes the communication bridge of field problem feedback, and achieves the purpose of "not disjointing" between field operation and process design. (4) based on the above theoretical analysis, this paper combines Teamcenter and Vis MockUp software to independently apply and develop the integrated link between process planning and process simulation. Combined with the network technology, the visual platform of assembly process oriented to the field is built, which is convenient for operators to carry out visual operations, quality data management and process execution feedback, so as to get through the key links of process planning and field manufacturing in collaborative environment.
