铝合金电刷镀与激光微加工耦合制备超疏水表面及其特性

【摘要】:通过电刷镀与激光微加工技术相耦合的方法,在铝合金表面制备出一种微观尺度凸包与沟槽相互排列的特殊结构。未经任何疏水修饰的情况下,得到了一种低黏附性的超疏水表面,其静态接触角达到156°,滚动角约为4.8°,并且表面在滚动性方面表现出各向(平行沟槽方向和垂直沟槽方向)异性。所制备的表面对高温环境具有较好的稳定性,低温条件下也保持在接近138°较大接触角的疏水状态,且在抗结冰方面表现出优异的性能。通过3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液的Tafel曲线测量发现,基体被耦合方法处理后腐蚀阻抗平均提高3个数量级。
[Abstract]:By means of the coupling method of brush plating and laser micromachining, a special structure of micro-scale convex hull and groove arrangement was prepared on the surface of aluminum alloy. A superhydrophobic surface with low adhesion was obtained without any hydrophobic modification. The static contact angle was 156 掳and the rolling angle was 4.8 掳. And the surface shows the opposite direction (parallel grooves and vertical grooves) in rolling. The prepared surface has good stability to high temperature environment, and maintains hydrophobic state of close to 138 掳contact angle at low temperature, and shows excellent performance in ice resistance. By measuring the Tafel curves of 3.5% (mass fraction) NaCl solution, it is found that the corrosion impedance increases by an average of three orders of magnitude after the matrix is treated by coupling method.
