Al7075铝合金微细铣削毛刺形成及控制技术研究

【摘要】:基于微铣削试验系统地研究了切削速度、进给速度、轴向切深和微铣刀刃圆半径对微槽毛刺形成及其变化规律。借助统计分析方法揭示出铣削参数对毛刺尺寸影响程度的主次顺序,得到了能够使毛刺尺寸最小化的最优参数组合。通过刀具路径规划提出一种可以有效减小顶部毛刺尺寸的新方法。试验验证结果与预测结果一致性较好,为实现微铣毛刺尺寸的主动控制提供了新的参考依据。
[Abstract]:Based on micro-milling experiments, the formation and variation of micro-grooves burr on cutting speed, feed speed, axial tangent depth and circular radius of micro-milling cutter are systematically studied. The primary and secondary order of the influence of milling parameters on burr size is revealed by means of statistical analysis, and the optimal combination of parameters which can minimize the burr size is obtained. A new method to reduce the top burr size is proposed by tool path planning. The experimental results are in good agreement with the predicted results, which provides a new reference for the active control of burr size in micro-milling.
