Hi-B钢二次再结晶退火初期不同取向晶粒的三维形貌表征

【摘要】:利用定量逐层研磨和计算机辅助重建及可视化技术,并结合电子背散射衍射(EBSD)方法,研究了Hi-B钢二次再结晶退火初期不同取向晶粒的三维形貌。结果表明,Goss取向晶粒主要呈"塔状",黄铜取向晶粒则类似"上大下小"倒锥状,{411}148取向晶粒也表现为"塔状"和倒锥状。而{111}112取向晶粒形貌各异,没有一致性。与其它取向晶粒相比,Goss取向晶粒在三维尺度上没有尺寸优势,Goss取向晶粒异常长大前,其长大主要受曲率控制。
[Abstract]:The 3D morphology of different orientated grains in Hi-B steel at the initial stage of secondary recrystallization annealing was studied by means of quantitative lapping, computer aided reconstruction and visualization, combined with electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) method. The results show that the Goss oriented grains are mainly "tower", the brass oriented grains are similar to the "upper, larger, lower and smaller" inverted cones, and the {411} 148-oriented grains are also "tower" and inversely conical. However, the {111} 112 orientated grains have different morphologies and have no consistency. Compared with other oriented grains, Goss orientated grains have no advantage in size on three dimensional scale. Before Goss orientation grain grows abnormally, its growth is mainly controlled by curvature.
