爆炸复合板结合界面与装药量的关系研究

【摘要】:爆炸焊接作为一种特殊的焊接技术,爆炸焊接得到的爆炸复合板可以由多种金属的组合而成,除了爆炸复合板之外,也可以有多种形式,特别是爆炸复合板的结合强度高,再加工性能也比较强,并且工艺简单,制造好的产品便宜实惠,现在爆炸复合板也已经广泛应用到石油化工行业、冶金制品、机械铸造、航天航空等诸多行业中。我们本次主要研究的内容发现爆炸复合板的结合界面还有装药量这两者之间有关系。由于爆炸焊接的复合板之间有三种波形,希望通过研究达到小波状或者微波状来提高焊接质量。通过研究发现了结合界面与装药量他们之间有明显的联系。并且对可焊性窗口还有最佳装药量窗口的一些研究,发现了不等厚度布药方式存在的优点。根据以上研究和对爆炸焊接复合板施工工艺的严格控制,我们找到了关于T10的最佳装药量窗口,和工程实际中的关于S30403/Q345R的实际应用规范。并且获得了较为突出的成果。
[Abstract]:Explosive welding is a special welding technology. The explosive composite plate obtained by explosive welding can be composed of a variety of metals. In addition to the explosive composite plate, it can also have many forms, especially the explosive composite plate has high bonding strength. Reprocessing performance is also relatively strong, and the process is simple, good products are cheap and affordable, explosive composite plate has been widely used in petrochemical industry, metallurgical products, mechanical casting, aerospace and many other industries. The main contents of our study show that there is a relationship between the interface of the explosive composite plate and the charge quantity. Because there are three kinds of waveforms between the explosive welded composite plates, it is hoped that the welding quality can be improved by studying the wavelet or microwave shape. It is found that there is an obvious relationship between the binding interface and the charge quantity. Some researches on solderability window and optimal charge window show the advantages of different thickness distribution. Based on the above research and strict control of the construction technology of explosive welded composite plate, we have found the optimal charge window for T10 and the practical application specification for S30403/Q345R in engineering practice. And has obtained the more outstanding achievement.
