高强钢热冲压成型过程数值模拟及实验研究

【摘要】:高强钢在现实热冲压过程中,因为某些未知原因有时也会呈现出缺陷。唐钢在供给客户的汽车高强钢在冲压过程中也出现了一些缺陷。产生此问题的原因是高强钢本身合格与否还是热冲压加工工艺存在问题,目前还无法确定。在高强钢的热冲压成型过程建立有限元模拟和实验研究,能够探究热冲压缺陷产生原因,使冲压工艺得以优化,对分析高强度钢热冲压成型过程具有十分重要的作用。首先构建出了适用于板厚1.3~2.16 mm的U形汽车冲压件简化模型。以唐钢生产的22MnB5汽车用高强钢为研究对象,通过高温拉伸实验以及整理一些相关数据构建了热冲压成型所需要的材料性能数据库,建立了热冲压成型的有限元分析模型,设计制作了冲压模具,并进行了相关的冲压实验,检测了成型零件的成型质量。成型过程中的应力和温度的变化规律存在共性,最初选定的板材开始冲压的初始温度为850℃,模具温度为20℃,冲压速度为40 mm/s。板料与模具之间的摩擦系数设为0.2,传热系数为50 N/(s·mm·℃)。随着变形过程的进行钢板温度逐渐降低,并且在接触的区域降温较快。钢板应力随着热冲压变形过程的进行逐渐增大,凸模、凹模圆角附近应力值一直比较高。经过研究冲压成型的影响因素,包括模具和板料间的摩擦系数、板料的初始温度、模具的初始温度和冲压速度等工艺参数的影响,通过对比得到最佳的热冲压成型工艺参数:板料的初始温度为900℃,冲压速度为50 mm/s,摩擦系数为0.1。测得成型后零件的强度与轧制态相比得到了大幅提升,屈服强度、抗拉强度和延伸率指标均满足要求。按照此工艺对1.4 mm厚的22MnB5钢板进行热冲压是十分符合生产需求的,可以作为生产实践的理论指导。
[Abstract]:In the process of hot stamping, high-strength steel sometimes shows defects because of some unknown reasons. Tangshan Iron and Steel in the supply of automotive high-strength steel customers in the stamping process also appeared some defects. The reason for this problem is whether the high strength steel itself is qualified or the hot stamping process. The finite element simulation and experimental study on the hot stamping process of high strength steel can explore the causes of hot stamping defects and optimize the stamping process, which plays an important role in the analysis of hot stamping process of high strength steel. Firstly, a simplified model of U-shaped automobile stamping parts suitable for plate thickness of 1. 3 ~ 2. 16 mm was constructed. Taking the high-strength steel for 22MnB5 automobile produced by Tangshan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd as the research object, the material performance database for hot stamping forming was constructed by high temperature tensile test and some related data, and the finite element analysis model of hot stamping forming was established. The stamping die is designed and manufactured, and the relevant stamping experiments are carried out to test the forming quality of the forming parts.
