旁路电源工作模式对Arcing-wire PAW电特性与熔滴过渡的影响

【摘要】:基于电弧可分离性,以焊丝为导引电极建立分体等离子弧,研究不同旁路工作模式下焊接参数对熔滴过渡行为的影响.结果表明,旁路为恒流模式时,随着旁路电流的增加熔滴稳定快速过渡,随着送丝速度的增加过渡频率增加,但其达到8.2 m/min时会使焊丝来不及熔化;在熔滴过渡瞬间,旁路及等离子弧电压均发生明显波动但两者趋势相反,而旁路及等离子弧电流均无波动.旁路为恒压模式时,随着旁路电压及送丝速度的增加,熔滴稳定而快速地过渡,但旁路电压过大时会出现失稳现象;在熔滴过渡瞬间,旁路及等离子弧电压、旁路电流、甚至等离子电流都出现明显波动.
[Abstract]:Based on arc separability, a plasma arc was established with wire as guide electrode to study the effect of welding parameters on droplet transfer behavior in different bypass operation modes. The results show that when the bypass is in constant current mode, the droplet transition is stable and fast with the increase of bypass current, and the transition frequency increases with the increase of wire feeding speed. However, when the bypass current reaches 8.2 m/min, the welding wire will not melt. At the moment of droplet transfer, the voltage of bypass and plasma arc fluctuates obviously, but the trend is opposite, but the current of bypass and plasma arc does not fluctuate. When the bypass is in constant voltage mode, with the increase of bypass voltage and wire feeding speed, the droplet will transition steadily and quickly, but the instability will occur when the bypass voltage is too large. At the moment of droplet transfer, the voltage of bypass and plasma arc, bypass current and even plasma current fluctuate obviously.
