改进的风险优先数排序方法在冲压机床可靠性分析中的应用

【摘要】:阐述了传统风险优先数排序方法(RPN)的问题和不足,针对这些缺陷,结合冲压机床可靠性分析这个领域,提出一种改进的风险优先数排序方法(ERPN)。改进的排序方法克服了传统方法的缺陷,保证了优先数排序的准确性。利用ERPN方法对某种冲压机床进行了风险评价,确定各工艺过程故障模式的排序等级。进而找到生产工艺过程的薄弱环节,用TRIZ理论对故障模式进行分类及纠正,改善工艺过程中的薄弱环节,进而提高冲压机床的整体可靠性。结果表明:ERPN方法提高了风险优先数的可信度,可操作性强,对提高冲压机床可靠性有重要指导意义。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the problems and shortcomings of the traditional risk priority sorting method (RPN). Aiming at these defects and combining with the field of stamping machine reliability analysis, an improved risk priority sorting method (ERPN).) is proposed. The improved sorting method overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional method and ensures the accuracy of priority sorting. The ERPN method is used to evaluate the risk of a certain stamping machine tool and to determine the ranking level of each process failure mode. Then the weak links in the production process are found, the fault modes are classified and corrected by TRIZ theory, the weak links in the process are improved, and the overall reliability of the stamping machine is improved. The results show that the ERPN method improves the reliability of the risk priority and has a strong operability, which is of great significance for improving the reliability of the stamping machine.
