有限元仿真应用于挤压模毕业设计中的实践与探索

【摘要】:针对学生在挤压模毕业设计中存在的问题,分析传统毕业设计的形式与内容的不足,提出将有限元仿真融入毕业设计的教学理念,探讨有限元仿真融入挤压模毕业设计的教学实践环节。实践结果表明:有限元仿真的应用优化了传统的挤压成形工艺及模具设计的流程,提高学生毕业设计的质量,加强学生对挤压工艺的理解及有限元模拟分析的技术手段的掌握,提升了学生的专业技能,增强了学生的就业竞争力。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the graduation design of extrusion die, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the form and content of the traditional graduation design, and puts forward the teaching idea of integrating finite element simulation into the graduation design. This paper discusses the teaching practice of finite element simulation integrated into the graduation design of extrusion die. The practical results show that the application of finite element simulation optimizes the traditional extrusion forming process and die design process, improves the quality of students' graduation design, and strengthens the students' understanding of extrusion process and the mastery of the technical means of finite element simulation and analysis. Improve the professional skills of students, enhance the competitiveness of students in employment.
