7N01铝合金阳极氧化抗腐蚀性能研究

【摘要】:本文以硫酸溶液为基础电解液,制备了 7N01铝合金阳极氧化膜,探讨了添加剂以及氧化时间、温度、电流密度和硫酸溶液浓度等氧化工艺参数和封孔工艺对其膜厚、硬度和抗腐蚀性的影响。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度计和电化学工作站等设备对不同工艺阳极氧化试样的相组成、表面形貌、表面硬度和抗腐蚀性能进行了表征,结果表明:(1)当以硫酸作为基础电解液时,相同条件下不同添加剂组合所制备的氧化膜耐蚀性均优于无任何添加剂时所制备的氧化膜,其中“硼酸+柠檬酸+丙三醇+硫酸镧”的添加剂组合效果最好。(2)在“硼酸+柠檬酸+丙三醇+硫酸镧”的添加剂组合下,当氧化时间为50 min、电流密度为2.5 A/dm2、硫酸浓度为20 wt.%,以及氧化温度为10℃时,所得到的氧化膜的耐蚀性最佳。(3)采用不同方法对氧化膜的耐蚀性进行检测,结果表明,采用铈盐高温封孔得到的氧化膜耐蚀性优于其他几种封孔工艺,其腐蚀电流密度为0.045 μA.cm-2。若将不同封孔工艺按其所获氧化膜的耐蚀性由好到差进行排序,则依次为:铈盐高温封孔、沸水封孔、常温封孔和铈盐钝化封孔。(4)尽管所采用的硫酸阳极氧化工艺明显提高了合金的耐腐蚀性,但合金的表面硬度和耐磨性却降低了。因此,要获得良好的综合性能,当前的氧化工艺还需进一步改进。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 7N01 aluminum alloy anodized film was prepared on the basis of sulfuric acid solution. The oxidation process parameters such as oxidation time, temperature, current density and sulfuric acid solution concentration and sealing process were discussed. The effect of hardness and corrosion resistance. The phase composition, surface morphology, surface hardness and corrosion resistance of anodized samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope, microhardness tester and electrochemical workstation. The results show that: (1) when sulfuric acid is used as the basic electrolyte, the corrosion resistance of the oxide films prepared by different additive combinations under the same conditions is better than that prepared without any additives. Among them, the additive combination of "lanthanum borate citrate glycerol sulfate" has the best effect.
