基于局部-整体有限元法的薄壁筒焊接变形计算

【摘要】:焊接变形会对焊接件的应用造成很大影响,进行结构件焊接变形的高精度和高效率预测具有重要的工程意义。该文针对大型薄壁圆筒件,应用局部-整体映射法对其环焊缝的焊接过程进行了有限元分析,得到了3种不同焊接顺序下的筒体变形结果。计算结果表明:相比于环缝一段焊和环缝两段焊,对环缝分成四段焊接情况下圆筒变形量最小,其数值相比于环缝一段焊减少约17%。将局部-整体法计算结果与热弹塑性法和实验方法所得结果进行了对比,三者吻合较好,但局部-整体法的计算用时仅为热弹塑性法的约1/6。
[Abstract]:Welding deformation will have a great impact on the application of welded parts. It is of great engineering significance to predict the welding deformation of structural parts with high accuracy and high efficiency. In this paper, the finite element analysis of the welding process of the circumferential weld of large thin-wall cylinder is carried out by using the local-global mapping method, and the deformation results of the cylinder under three different welding sequences are obtained. The calculation results show that compared with the first stage welding and the two stage welding, the deformation of the cylinder is the smallest when the annular seam is divided into four stages, and the value of the cylinder is about 17% lower than that of the first stage welding of the ring seam. The calculated results of the local-integral method are in good agreement with those of the thermoelastic-plastic method and the experimental method, but the calculation time of the local-integral method is only about 1 鈮,
