基于多频段时域滤波技术的超声导波延时叠加损伤成像方法

超声Lamb波具有传播距离远,对损伤敏感等优点,常用于板状结构的无损评估(NDE)和结构健康监测(SHM)。基于Lamb波的损伤定位成像方法的研究已成为SHM和NDE领域的研究热点。然而,Lamb波的频散特性使其在传播时产生拉伸和失真,将影响有关损伤散射信息的渡越时间的提取,从而导致损伤定位和成像的不准确;频散效应影响下入射信号和损伤散射信号的混叠也使得损伤特征信息的解读更为困难;此外,现有基于时域分析的损伤成像方法难以有效利用激励带宽内的全部频率成分所包含的有效损伤信息,因此成像精度受限。为此,本文提出基于多频段时域滤波的超声Lamb波散射信号分析方法,利用小波分析将宽频带的激励信号分解为多个频散特征较弱的窄带信号,进而构建时域滤波窗函数以分离各窄带信号中的损伤散射信息;分别对各窄带信号实施频域/空间延时叠加成像算法以获取针对板结构中的损伤成像;最终对各频率分量的成像结果综合分析(逻辑与),以进一步提高损伤成像的精度和信噪比。建立预制损伤的铝板中超声Lamb波驱动,传播及损伤散射的有限元数值模型,基于数值模拟数据验证所提出多频段时域滤波超声信号处理方法和延时叠加损伤成像算法,指导建立...
