【摘要】:在斜拉桥的建造过程中,设计与施工密切相关,不同的施工方法会导致不同的成桥状态,施工阶段是斜拉桥建造的关键环节之一,所以对斜拉桥进行施工监控是必须的。本文以天水市山水1号斜拉桥为背景,主要研究内容和成果如下: (1)首先对斜拉桥施工监控的方法进行了对比分析,并提出适合天水市山水1号斜拉桥特点的施工监控方案。 (2)应用MIDAS CIVIL软件对斜拉桥的成桥状态和每个施工阶段进行了详细的计算与分析,并将得到的成桥阶段和各个施工阶段的内力和变形与实际监测的数据进行对比,并分析误差产生的原因。虽然本桥仍在施工过程中,但已施工的四个工况中,计算的理论数据与实际监测的数据吻合较好。 (3)理论上,合理成桥状态与施工工序都已确定的情况下,会存在唯一的一组施工索力,可以使施工成桥状态与设计的合理成桥状态完全吻合。本文以依托桥为背景,对倒拆法、倒拆-正装迭代法和正装分析差值优化法这三种确定合理施工索力的方法进行了对比分析,并提出一种以倒拆法和基于差值法的正装分析相结合的方法来确定这组合理施工索力。 (4)斜拉桥从施工到成桥的过程中,会受到梁段自重、结构刚度和斜拉索索力、临时施工荷载、混凝土收缩徐变、温度以及预应力等参数的影响,然而不同的参数对结构受力状态的影响程度不同。本文借鉴其它斜拉桥施工的经验,并结合本桥实际情况,对梁段自重、临时施工荷载、结构刚度和斜拉索索力这四个参数进行了敏感性分析;根据分析结果,建议在施工中严格控制梁段自重和斜拉索索力。
[Abstract]:In the construction process of cable-stayed bridge, design and construction are closely related, different construction methods will lead to different completion of the bridge, the construction stage is one of the key links in the construction of cable-stayed bridge. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the construction of cable-stayed bridge. This paper takes Shanshui No. 1 cable-stayed bridge in Tianshui as the background, the main research contents and results are as follows: Firstly, the construction monitoring methods of cable-stayed bridge are compared and analyzed, and the construction monitoring scheme suitable for the characteristics of No. 1 cable-stayed bridge in Tianshui City is put forward. 2) the state of cable-stayed bridge and each construction stage are calculated and analyzed in detail by using MIDAS CIVIL software. The internal force and deformation of the bridge and each construction stage are compared with the actual monitoring data, and the causes of the errors are analyzed. Although the bridge is still in the construction process, it has been constructed in four working conditions. The calculated theoretical data are in good agreement with the actual monitoring data. In theory, there is only one group of construction cable forces when the reasonable bridge state and construction procedure have been determined. It is possible to make the state of the bridge completed by the construction completely consistent with the reasonable state of the bridge design. This paper takes the backing bridge as the background and the reverse demolition method. The three methods of determining the rational construction cable force are compared and analyzed, that is, the inverted disassembly and the normal load analysis difference optimization method. A method is proposed to determine the rational construction cable force by the combination of reverse disassembly method and normal load analysis based on difference method. During the process from construction to completion of the cable-stayed bridge, it will be affected by the parameters such as beam deadweight, structural stiffness and cable force, temporary construction load, concrete shrinkage and creep, temperature and prestress and so on. However, the influence of different parameters on the stress state of the structure is different. This paper draws lessons from the construction experience of other cable-stayed bridges, combined with the actual situation of the bridge, to the beam section deadweight, temporary construction load. The sensitivity of the four parameters, stiffness and cable force, is analyzed. According to the analysis results, it is suggested that the deadweight of beam section and cable force should be strictly controlled in construction.
