【摘要】:铁水联运是综合运输体系的重要组成部分,也是集装箱运输重要形式。铁水联运作业流程直接影响集装箱货物的送达速度。研究集装箱作业流程,找出现行作业流程中存在的问题,结合流程再造等理论及相应优化方法对集装箱铁水联运作业流程进行优化研究具有重要意义。本文做了如下研究: 首先,对铁水联运系统运作进行分析,阐明铁水联运基本运作机理,分析铁水联运运输系统;并阐述各参与方在集装箱铁水联运中的作业内容及其相应职责。 其次,将集装箱分类,分别研究其铁水联运作业流程,包括:外贸进口集装箱作业流程、外贸出口集装箱作业流程、内贸进口集装箱作业流程、内贸出口集装箱作业流程。对这四类集装箱作业流程进行分析,找出流程中存在的薄弱环节,其主要存在以下问题:(1)整个铁水联运过程没有统一的安排、计划;(2)缺乏统一的信息平台;(3)各作业主体各自为政,不对流程的其它环节负责;(4)部分作业流程中可平行进行的作业未平行进行;(5)部分流程节点衔接不好,货物产生不必要的等待时间。 然后,建立基于MAS的集装箱作业流程建模及优化,对集装箱作业系统进行抽象、粒度划分。将集装箱作业系统划分为15类作业Agents,各个Agent作业单元通过相互沟通、协作完成集装箱运输任务。 最后,对连云港铁水联运集装箱作业流程进行基于AnyLogic的仿真平台仿真研究。并对集装箱铁水联运作业流程提出优化建议。
[Abstract]:Hot metal intermodal transport is an important part of integrated transportation system and also an important form of container transportation. The operation process of hot metal combined transport directly affects the delivery speed of container cargo. It is very important to find out the problems existing in the current operation process, and combine the theory of process reengineering and the corresponding optimization method to optimize the container hot metal combined transport operation process. This paper has done the following research: First of all, the operation of the hot metal intermodal transport system is analyzed, the basic operation mechanism of the hot metal intermodal transport is clarified, and the transportation system of the hot metal intermodal transport is analyzed. The contents and responsibilities of the parties involved in the container iron-water transport are also described. Secondly, the container classification, respectively, the study of its operation process, including: foreign trade import container operation process, foreign trade export container operation process, domestic trade import container operation process. Domestic export container operation flow. The four types of container operation process are analyzed to find out the weak links in the process, its main problems are as follows: 1) there is no unified arrangement for the whole process of the combined transport of iron and water. Plans; Lack of a unified information platform; 3) each main body of the operation is independent and is not responsible for other links of the process; (4) the work that can be carried out in parallel in part of the work flow is not carried out in parallel; Part of the process node connection is not good, goods produce unnecessary waiting time. Then, the container operation process modeling and optimization based on MAS is established, and the container operation system is abstracted and partitioned with granularity. The container operation system is divided into 15 types of job Agents. Each Agent operation unit communicates with each other to complete the container transportation task. At last, the simulation platform based on AnyLogic is carried out to simulate the operation flow of liquid iron container in Lianyungang port, and some suggestions are put forward to optimize the operation flow.
