【摘要】:为了研究驾驶员停车寻位行为的一般规律,选取了北京市西城区18个公共停车场,对其使用者进行了抽样调查。利用调查数据,对影响停车寻位时间的各因素进行了分析,发现停车时长、停车场类型、有无引导和停车场拥挤情况对寻位选择行为影响显著。确定了影响停车寻位时间的特性变量,建立了停车寻位时间多项Logit模型,并对模型进行了标定与有效性验证。结果表明:所建模型可行且具有较高的预测精度和实用性;停车位紧张时使用者倾向迅速寻找到车位停车;停车位充裕时使用者愿意花费更多的时间寻找满意的车位,并且停车寻位的时间与停车时长成正比。
[Abstract]:In order to study the general law of drivers' parking and locating behavior, 18 public parking lots in Xicheng District of Beijing were selected and their users were sampled. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the time of parking location, and finds out the length of parking time and the type of parking lot. Whether there is a guide or not and whether the parking lot is crowded has a significant effect on the location finding behavior. The characteristic variables that affect the parking location time are determined and a multi-item Logit model of the parking location time is established. The model is calibrated and validated. The results show that the model is feasible and has high prediction accuracy and practicability. When parking space is tight, users tend to find parking space quickly; When parking space is abundant, users are willing to spend more time looking for satisfactory parking space, and the time of parking location is proportional to the growth of parking time.
