【摘要】:近二十年对桥墩柱性能的研究一直是一个热点问题。现有的大量已建城市桥梁由于早期设计规范不合理、结构使用功能改变、施工缺陷以及长期使用过程中的损伤、老化造成抗震性能不良、承载力不足等诸多影响其安全和使用功能的问题非常普遍,继续使用就必须采用切实有效的加固改造方法进行加固。通过维修加固城市桥梁,可以预防和避免城市桥梁的坍塌造成经济损失和人员的伤亡,,城市桥梁维修加固后,不但可以延长现有城市桥梁的使用寿命,用尽量少的资金投入,恢复城市桥梁的通行要求,还可以延缓城市桥梁建设投资的集中性,为国家带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益。 本文对现有各种方法进行了简单介绍,结合华南路三期永泰立交主跨T构墩柱加固工程,对集中常用的加固方法进行了比选,综合运用了多项加固技术,在实施过程中,对加固过程中技术、质量、安全、文明、环保、进度等措施进行了详细介绍。 旧桥的加固工程是一项繁杂的专业、系统工程,急需制定相应的城市桥梁加固的规范,而且应成立专业的维修加固公司,专门从事城市旧桥维修加固工程的管理、设计和施工。随着各种新型材料的发展,新施工工艺和新材料的运用,使得桥梁的维修加固对象更广泛,施工更加方便快速。通过华南路三期永泰立交主跨T构墩柱加固工程的实施,解决了工程中遇到的实际难题,并且经济效益和社会效益可观,具有较大的推广价值。
[Abstract]:Study on the performance of piers for nearly twenty years has been a hot issue. A large number of existing bridges have been built in the city since the early design is not reasonable, change the structure of the use function, construction defects and long-term use in the process of injury caused by aging, seismic performance is bad, lack of capacity and many other effects on the safety and use function. Very common, continue to use must adopt the effective reinforcement method for reinforcement. Through the maintenance and reinforcement of Bridge City, can prevent and avoid the city bridge collapse caused economic losses and personnel casualties, city bridge maintenance and reinforcement, it can not only prolong the service life of the bridge the existing city, with less capital investment, access for the restoration of city bridge, concentration could also slow the city bridge construction investment, bring huge economic benefits and social benefits for the country.
The existing various methods were introduced, combined with the Southern China road three Yongtai overpass T main span pier column reinforcement project, focus on the common reinforcement method were compared and selected, with many reinforcement technology, in the implementation process, the process of strengthening technology, quality, safety, environmental protection, the progress of civilization. Such measures are introduced in detail.
The old bridge reinforcement project is a complicated system engineering, professional, need to develop appropriate city bridge strengthening norms, and should set up a professional repair company, specializing in city bridge maintenance and strengthening project management, design and construction. With the development of a variety of new materials, the use of new construction technology and new materials so, the bridge maintenance and reinforcement of the object is more extensive, more convenient and fast construction. By three Southern China road Yongtai overpass T main span pier column reinforcement project implementation, to solve the practical problems encountered in engineering, and has considerable economic benefit and social benefit, has great popularization value.
