【摘要】：高速公路隧道监控系统主要是为了对隧道正常运营期间和出现事故时实现交通和联动控制,研究内容依托于“包茂高速公路柞水至小河段隧道监控系统”研发项目,针对柞水至小河高速公路隧道的具体建设要求内容和运营状况,主要对高速公路隧道的监控系统的功能需求、总体结构进行设计,并主要对上机位系统采用YUMA TUNNEL SYSTEM2.0监控系统软件,对隧道交通监控、通风、照明、火灾报警、防火门等各子系统的控制进行设计与实现。实现了对隧道内运营安全状况的实时监控和管理,从而达到对隧道内的交通车辆的动态管理分配,有效降低交通事故的发生和交通堵塞发生概率;实现合理控制并优化隧道内交通流量,实时改善并提高高速公路隧道的通行能力,保证隧道内交通系统运行安全;保障了隧道内良好运营环境,降低了事故发生概率;对隧道运营安全提供保障,及时发现并处理隧道内交通事故,火灾事故和危险品事故等事故,保障高速公路隧道运营安全畅通。经近年来的运行,该隧道监控系统性能稳定,确保了车辆通行安全,改善了行车环境,为该隧道乃至整条高速公路的安全、高效、节能的运营奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of highway tunnel monitoring system is to realize traffic and linkage control during the normal operation of the tunnel and when the accident occurs. The research content is based on the research and development project of "tunnel monitoring system from tussah to Xiaohe section of Baomao Expressway", which aims at the specific construction requirements and operation status of the tunnel from tussah to Xiaohe. This paper mainly designs the function requirement and the overall structure of the highway tunnel monitoring system, and mainly adopts YUMA TUNNEL SYSTEM2.0 monitoring system software to the upper machine position system. The design and implementation of tunnel traffic monitoring, ventilation, lighting, fire alarm, fire door and other subsystems of control, and achieve the real-time monitoring and management of tunnel operation safety. In order to achieve the dynamic management of traffic vehicles in the tunnel allocation, effectively reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents and traffic congestion probability; Realize reasonable control and optimize the traffic flow in the tunnel, improve and improve the traffic capacity of the highway tunnel in real time, ensure the safety of the traffic system in the tunnel; It ensures a good operating environment in the tunnel and reduces the probability of accident. In order to ensure the safety of tunnel operation, timely detection and handling of traffic accidents, fire accidents and dangerous goods accidents in the tunnel, the highway tunnel operation is safe and smooth. The performance of the tunnel monitoring system is stable, which ensures the traffic safety, improves the driving environment, and lays a foundation for the safe, efficient and energy saving operation of the tunnel and even the whole highway.
