盾构过站始发掘进与车站平行施工技术

【摘要】:长沙地铁芙蓉广场站受前期拆除立交桥引桥影响,导致主体施工进度滞后,严重影响盾构过站始发掘进,即使采用站外过站分体始发也要使盾构停机等待7个月,无法满足业主要求盾构在五一广场站吊出转场后当年还建立交桥要求,工期矛盾突出。采用先施工站台层方案,运用侧墙和中板一次浇筑工艺和早强混凝土及时为盾构提供接收条件。研发出曲线导轨滚轮整机过站实现了盾构过站与站台层平行施工。通过站台层中板配筋加强解决了盾构过站始发后再施工车站剩余主体难题。首次实现盾构始发掘进与车站主体工程平行施工,大大缩短建设工期。
[Abstract]:The subway station Changsha Furong square by the early removal of overpass bridge approach, leading to the main construction progress lag, seriously affected the originating station tunneling shield, even with the station outside the station separate launching will make the shield down to wait for 7 months, can not meet the requirements of shield hanging out transitions in 51 square station was built for interchange bridge, duration of contradiction. The construction of the platform layer scheme, side wall plate and the use of a casting process and early strength concrete to provide timely shield reception conditions. The development of curve rail roller machine had realized the station subway station and the platform layer. Through the parallel construction platform layer plate reinforcement strengthening solution station after the construction of the shield originating station for the first time. The main problem of the remaining shield original heading parallel with the main station construction project, greatly shorten the construction period.
