【摘要】:水泥稳定碎石混合料,简称水稳混合料,广泛应用于路面工程的基层,所以也简称为水稳基层。目前国内外关于水稳基层的研究主要集中于其路用性能和基本力学参数,如防裂、防冻、强度和刚度等。但是关于弹粘塑的应力应变特性研究则相对较少,几乎为空白。论文研究基于压缩试验,分析了路面常用水稳基层材料的流变特性,为深化认识半刚性基层沥青路面设计理论和力学参数取值以及路面结构的力学行为,提供了基础理论和基本方法。论文研究选取了骨架密实型和悬浮密实型2种常用的水稳基层材料,应用微机控制电子万能试验机,设定了不同的加载速率,进行了简单加载试验、循环加卸载试验、抗压回弹模量试验、蠕变试验和松弛试验等5种试验,研究了水稳基层材料的弹粘塑性力学行为和力学参数的取值特点,深化认识了水稳基层材料的流变特性。研究结果表明:水稳基层材料的许多力学特性与加载速率的相关性很小,且蠕变和松弛的变化也不大,说明粘性特征不明显,主要表现出弹塑性特性,类似于水泥混凝土,可用广义Saint-Venant模型来描述水稳基层材料的流变特性;针对本文的级配类型和水泥剂量,本文提出用0.4σmax应力水平下的割线模量取值法近似代替复杂繁琐的水稳基层材料抗压回弹模量试验法,此取代法是否具有广泛适用性,还有待于进一步研究;对于常用的骨架密实型和悬浮密实型2种结构类型的水稳基层材料,前者的路用技术性能总体上要优于后者。
[Abstract]:Cement stabilized gravel mixture, referred to as the water stabilized mixture, widely used in pavement engineering at the grassroots level, so also referred to as water stable base. The current domestic and international research on water stable base mainly concentrate on the road performance and the basic mechanical parameters, such as antifreeze, anti cracking, strength and stiffness. But on viscoelastic study on the stress strain characteristics of plastic is relatively small, almost blank. Compression test based on this research, analysis of the rheological properties of stabilized base material commonly used in pavement water, for deepening the understanding of the semi-rigid asphalt pavement design theory and mechanical parameters of pavement structure and mechanical behavior, provides a theoretical foundation and basic research methods. Select the skeleton dense and dense suspension of 2 kinds of water stabilized base material, the application of microcomputer control electronic universal testing machine, set different loading rate, a simple loading test,. Cyclic loading and unloading test, compression modulus test, creep and relaxation test of 5 kinds of test, study the characteristics of the values of the elasto viscoplastic behavior and mechanical parameters of mechanical water stabilized base material, deepen the understanding of the rheological properties of cement stabilized base materials. The results showed that the correlation between water stable base material with many mechanical properties with the loading rate is very small, and the creep and relaxation of the change is unlikely, the viscous characteristic is not obvious, mainly showed elastic-plastic properties, similar to the cement concrete, a generalized Saint-Venant model is suitable to describe the rheological characteristics of cement stabilized base material; the gradation and cement dosage of this paper, this paper proposes the use of 0.4 sigma Max should the secant modulus values under the stress level instead of the complicated water stable base material compressive resilience modulus test method, this method is replaced with wide applicability, needs further research On the other hand, the former is better than the latter for the commonly used water stabilized base materials with 2 types of structure type and suspension dense type.
