【摘要】:矮塔斜拉桥作为近些年来在国内应用较多的一种新型斜拉桥,随着跨度的增大,施工持续时间延长,在施工过程中出现的问题越来越多,形式也变得越来越复杂;其中最为明显的是关于如何控制施工精度的问题。本文从提高施工技术精度的观点出发,分析了采用悬臂施工技术的矮塔斜拉桥在施工过程中非线性效应,对影响矮塔斜拉桥施工技术精度的相关因素进行了探讨。 本文主要进行了以下几方面的工作: (1)简要介绍了矮塔斜拉桥的发展背景,论述了矮塔斜拉桥主要构件及力学性能研究现状、对当前矮塔斜拉桥施工技术的研究现状做了简要总结; (2)对矮塔斜拉桥悬臂施工技术的一些关键问题进行了阐述,详细推导了求解斜拉索初张力的计算公式、在悬臂施工过程中考虑几何非线性效应与混凝土材料徐变效应的方法,以及如何就提高施工技术的精度建立施工控制系统; (3)采用专用桥梁分析软件MIDAS/CIVIL,分别分析了徐变效应与几何非线性效应对采用悬臂施工技术的矮塔斜拉桥的影响,对比了施工过程中的挠度与应力变化; (4)通过实桥施工过程监测数据与有限元分析结果的比较,验证了理论分析方法的合理性以及非线性效应对施工精度的影响程度。
[Abstract]:As a new type of cable-stayed bridge which is widely used in China in recent years, with the increase of span, the construction duration is prolonged, and more and more problems appear in the construction process. Forms are also becoming more and more complex; The most obvious problem is how to control the construction accuracy. From the point of view of improving the precision of construction technology, this paper analyzes the nonlinear effect of the low tower cable-stayed bridge with cantilever construction technology in the construction process. The related factors affecting the construction accuracy of low tower cable-stayed bridge are discussed. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) the development background of the cable-stayed bridge with low tower is briefly introduced, the research status of main components and mechanical properties of the cable-stayed bridge with low tower is discussed, and the research status of construction technology of cable-stayed bridge with low tower is summarized briefly. This paper expounds some key problems of cantilever construction technology of cable-stayed bridge with low tower, and deduces the calculation formula of initial tension of cable-stayed bridge in detail. The method of considering geometric nonlinear effect and creep effect of concrete material during cantilever construction, and how to establish construction control system to improve the precision of construction technology; 3) the effects of creep effect and geometric nonlinear effect on the cable-stayed bridge with cantilever construction technology are analyzed by Midas / CIVILI, which is a special bridge analysis software. The deflection and stress changes during construction are compared. 4) the rationality of the theoretical analysis method and the influence of nonlinear effect on the construction accuracy are verified by comparing the monitoring data of the construction process of the real bridge with the results of the finite element analysis.
