【摘要】:本文针对特大断面公路隧道的特点,以广西壮族自治区在建的桂来高速马鞍山隧道为依托,对三种不同工况下的断面进行支护体系结构受力现场测试。通过现场埋设传感器测试锚杆轴力,初期支护受力、接触压力以及二衬混凝土应变,对岩溶地区大断面公路隧道围岩及支护体系受力特征进行全面系统的研究。同时通过数值模拟计算出三种不同工况下围岩应力场和支护系统的受力以及应力分布等,并对现场量测的数据与数值模型计算结果来进行对比分析,从而可以全面研究不同围岩、断面条件下隧道的围岩和结构受力情况及其变形规律。并对围岩结构的稳定性进行分析对现有设计和施工进行评价,对部分支护参数提出优化意见。 结合现场试验的量测结果,以及数值模拟结果,总结隧道围岩、支护结构的受力特性与变形规律,为施工提供一定的科学依据和指导,确保了施工的安全。 本文的研究成果的应用为马鞍山隧道工程的建设提供了理论依据,,同时也可为后续的类似工程地质条件下隧道修建提供设计和施工经验,因此具有较好的参考价值。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of large section highway tunnel under construction in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Guangxi to Ma'anshan high-speed tunnel, supporting structure stress field test of three different conditions. Through field test section embedding sensor bolt axial force, initial support stress, contact pressure and two strain of lining concrete. Study on surrounding rock of large section highway tunnel in karst area and supporting system in force systematic characteristics. Through numerical simulation at the same time three kinds of surrounding rock under different conditions of stress field and support system stress and stress distribution, the calculation result and the numerical model of field measurement for analysis thus, a comprehensive study of different surrounding rock stress, surrounding rock and tunnel structure under the condition of the cross section and deformation. And the stability of the surrounding rock structure carries on the analysis to the existing design And the construction is evaluated, and some optimization opinions are put forward for some support parameters.
Combined with the field test results and numerical simulation results, the mechanical characteristics and deformation rules of tunnel surrounding rock and supporting structure are summarized, providing some scientific basis and guidance for construction, ensuring the safety of construction.
The application of this research provides a theoretical basis for the construction of Ma'anshan tunnel project, and also provides design and construction experience for tunnel construction under similar engineering geological conditions. Therefore, it has a good reference value.
