【摘要】:路基的冻害是季节性冻土区道路工程中最常见的病害,对其进行深入细致地研究,对季冻区公路建设具有重要的实际意义。本文结合吉林省交通科学研究所承担的交通部西部项目“西部季冻区路基土冻胀破坏机理及防治技术研究”,以吉林省为代表的季节性冻土为研究对象,结合实际工程,对省内典型的国道G302珲乌公路进行了实地调查和观测,分析总结路基冻害特点、分布及发展规律,并综合考虑典型冻害及道路冻深等影响因素。首先,对季冻区道路冻胀翻浆的产生、发展及研究理论进行了回顾,掌握了该领域的研究动态,为本文的研究提供了方向性指导,以更好地进行季冻区公路冻胀翻浆的理论和实际研究。其次,根据国道G302珲乌公路各路段的调查结果,详细分析了外界条件、道路结构与路基路面冻害导致的损坏状况及其关系。根据已有资料和冻害调查资料,分析路基冻胀、翻浆损坏的机理。阐明路基冻胀机制为水分迁移和成冰作用,指出不同路基冻害之间的关系,提出冰冻期路面结构受力模式,通过各种因素对路面结构受力影响的分析,从冻胀角度提出了纵裂、沉陷网裂及翻浆机理。最后,根据吉林省季冻区普通公路冻害特点,提出了路基路面病害防治的设计、施工等措施和要求。提出路基冻害的防治以“设计预防为主,施工处理为辅的方针”,针对季冻区气候、水文和地质条件等特殊因素,对季冻区普通公路在路基填土高度、特殊路基换填深度、排水以及隔离层等方面的提出相应的工程对策。
[Abstract]:The frost damage of roadbed is the most common disease in the road engineering in seasonal frozen soil area. It is of great practical significance to the highway construction in the seasonal frozen area. This paper combines with the west project of the Ministry of Communications of Jilin Province Institute of Communications Science, "study on the mechanism of frost heaving damage and prevention technology of subgrade soil in the west of seasonal frozen zone". Taking Jilin Province as the representative of seasonal frozen soil as the research object, combined with the actual project, the typical national highway G302 Huiwu highway was investigated and observed on the spot, and the characteristics of roadbed frost damage were analyzed and summarized. Firstly, the production, development and research theory of road frost heave in seasonal frozen area are reviewed, and the research trends in this field are grasped. Secondly, according to the investigation results of each section of National Highway G302 Hui Road. Detailed analysis of the external conditions, road structure and roadbed and pavement frost damage caused by the damage and its relationship. According to the existing data and frozen damage investigation data, analysis of roadbed frost heave. This paper expounds the mechanism of frost heave of roadbed is water migration and ice formation, points out the relationship between frost damage of different subgrade, and puts forward the stress mode of pavement structure in frozen period. Based on the analysis of the influence of various factors on the pavement structure, this paper puts forward the mechanism of longitudinal crack, netting crack and mudding from the angle of frost heaving. Finally, according to the characteristics of freezing injury of ordinary highway in the seasonal frozen area of Jilin Province. This paper puts forward the measures and requirements for the prevention and treatment of roadbed and pavement diseases, and puts forward that the prevention and treatment of frost damage of roadbed should be based on the principle of "design prevention and construction treatment as auxiliary", aiming at the climate of seasonal frozen area. According to the special factors such as hydrological and geological conditions, the corresponding engineering countermeasures are put forward for the general highway in the seasonal frozen area in the aspects of the subgrade filling height, the replacement depth of the special subgrade, the drainage and the isolation layer, and so on.
