广州地铁盾构施工风险管控研究

【摘要】:城市地下轨道交通工程由于投资巨大,社会关注度高,其风险管理更显至关重要,风险的发生可能会造成巨大的经济损失和极坏的社会影响。鉴于此,本文以广州地铁建设工程为平台,对盾构施工风险管控进行研究,通过盾构施工风险的识别、分析、控制等方面的探讨与实践,提出针对广州地铁盾构施工的风险分析方法和控制措施,为同类工程施工提供参考。 本文以广州地铁八号线北延段工程小石盾构区间为研究对象,重点对该项目的盾构施工风险进行分析,,并提出风险控制措施,主要的研究内容如下: (1)本文首先对研究的背景、意义进行了介绍,叙述了国内外风险管理的研究情况,最后提出了本文所要研究的框架。 (2)结合本文的研究对象,介绍了风险的涵义、产生原因、种类及特性,在此基础上阐述了工程风险管理的定义、构成要素,重点讲述了工程风险管理的过程。 (3)对盾构施工的原理、流程以及本文所采用的风险分析方法进行介绍,最后结合广州地铁建设工程的特点给出了适合广州地铁建设工程风险管理的风险水平等级划分标准。 (4)运用层次分析法和风险矩阵法对施工风险进行分析评价,确定单风险因素、初级风险以及二级风险的等级。最后,在单风险因素评价结果中,对Ⅳ级风险提出常规性控制措施,对Ⅲ级及以上的风险提出有针对性的控制措施,以期将施工风险降至最低,保证工程的顺利、安全。
[Abstract]:Because of the huge investment and high social concern, the risk management of urban underground rail transit project is more important. The occurrence of risk may cause huge economic losses and extremely bad social impact. Based on Guangzhou metro construction project, this paper studies the risk control of shield construction, discusses and practices the identification, analysis and control of shield construction risk. The risk analysis method and control measures for shield tunneling construction of Guangzhou metro are put forward, which can provide reference for similar projects. This paper takes the small stone shield section of the north extension section of Guangzhou Metro Line 8 as the research object, analyzes the risk of shield construction of the project, and puts forward the risk control measures. The main research contents are as follows: Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of the research, describes the research situation of risk management at home and abroad, and finally puts forward the framework of this paper. 2) combining with the research object of this paper, this paper introduces the meaning, causes, types and characteristics of risk, and then expounds the definition and elements of engineering risk management. The process of engineering risk management is emphasized. 3) introduce the principle and flow of shield construction and the risk analysis method used in this paper. Finally, according to the characteristics of Guangzhou metro construction project, the risk level classification standard suitable for risk management of Guangzhou subway construction project is given. 4) Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and risk matrix method are used to analyze and evaluate the construction risk, to determine the grade of the single risk factor, the primary risk and the secondary risk.
