【摘要】:斜拉桥索塔锚固区是斜拉桥索塔上的关键部位,斜拉索的局部应力将通过索塔锚固区安全、均匀地传递到索塔塔柱中去。由于斜拉索的局部应力很大、预应力钢筋的锚固力等因素的影响导致该区域受力变得十分复杂。因此,对于斜拉桥索塔锚固区钢锚箱节段力学特性分析的研究一直以来都是桥梁界重点关注的领域,索塔锚固区的设计和施工也是整个斜拉桥的难点和关键部分。本文以重庆东水门长江大桥为实际工程背景,主要针对该斜拉桥索塔锚固区钢锚箱节段处进行详细的空间有限元理论分析。 本文在介绍斜拉桥的发展史和国内外的发展现状,总结各种斜拉桥特点和实用范围的基础上;重点阐述了斜拉桥索塔锚固区的构造方式和发展情况,总结了索塔锚固区的各种钢锚箱构造、受力特性。 本文以重庆东水门长江大桥天梭型索塔为研究对象,大桥为双塔稀索单索面斜拉桥,单根斜拉索索力较大,使得钢锚箱节段受力也较大。首先运用有限元软件Midas Civil建立的全桥整体空间有限元模型,对该桥工程施工各阶段及运营阶段进行分析,根据分析得出的结果,找到所有阶段中钢锚箱锚固段的最不利受力情况,再采用有限元软件Midas FEA建立的主塔最不利锚固区局部实体单元模型,分析主塔锚固区局部受力特性,明确该位置位移变化情况、主拉应力、主压应力的分布状态及大小,,对其安全性进行了评估,为桥梁施工、设计提供了优化方案,最后,提出了本项目有待更进一步研究的一些思考。
[Abstract]:The cable tower Anchorage area of the cable-stayed bridge is the key part of the cable-stayed bridge tower. The local stress of the stay cable will be safely transferred to the tower column through the cable tower Anchorage area. The local stress of the stay cable is very large. The influence of the anchoring force of prestressed steel bar makes the force in this area become very complicated. For cable-stayed bridge cable tower Anchorage zone steel anchor section of the mechanical characteristics of the study has always been the focus of attention to the field of bridge boundaries. The design and construction of cable tower Anchorage area is also the difficult and key part of the whole cable-stayed bridge. This paper takes the Dongshuimen Yangtze River Bridge in Chongqing as the actual engineering background. The spatial finite element analysis of the steel anchor box section in the cable tower Anchorage area of the cable-stayed bridge is carried out in detail. This paper introduces the development history of cable-stayed bridge and the development situation at home and abroad, summarizes the characteristics and practical scope of various cable-stayed bridges. The structure and development of cable tower Anchorage area of cable-stayed bridge are described emphatically, and various kinds of steel anchor box structure and mechanical characteristics of cable tower Anchorage area are summarized. This paper takes the Tianshuo cable tower of the Dongshuimen Yangtze River Bridge in Chongqing as the research object. The bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with two towers and one cable plane, and the single cable force is relatively large. The steel anchor box section is also subjected to a large force. Firstly, the whole space finite element model of the whole bridge is established by using the finite element software Midas Civil, and the construction and operation stages of the bridge are analyzed. According to the results of the analysis, find out the most unfavorable stress condition of the anchoring section of steel anchor box in all stages, and then use the finite element software Midas FEA to establish the local solid element model of the most unfavorable anchoring zone of the main tower. This paper analyzes the local stress characteristics of the Anchorage area of the main tower, determines the displacement change of the position, the distribution state and size of the main tensile stress and the main compressive stress, and evaluates its safety for the bridge construction. The design provides the optimization scheme, and finally, puts forward some thinking about the project to be further studied.
