【摘要】:高填方土质路基易产生边坡失稳和路基沉降现象,对强度和稳定性的要求较高,在工程实践中需引起重视。一方面,为防止高填方边坡失稳,在工程建设中需对边坡稳定性进行计算;另一方面,为保证施工过程中高填方路基变形符合规范要求,需要预测填筑过程中路基的变形情况。此外,路基的稳定性受路基填筑技术影响,因此掌握高填方土质路基填筑工程的施工技术理论和方法是非常重要的。 本文以高填方土质路基的稳定性为研究对象,采用极限平衡法,对不同工况下高填方路基的边坡稳定性进行计算分析,来探讨边坡级数、坡率、平台宽度等因素对边坡稳定性的影响;同时采用有限差分法,对不同工况下高填方路堤的路基变形进行计算与分析,以揭示边坡级数、坡率、填筑厚度等因素对路基变形的影响。此外,结合含水率和压实度的概念,开展施工工艺研究。本文主要工作和结论如下: (1)由于高填方路基的边坡高度较高,所以必须验算其边坡稳定性,本文采用发展较为成熟的极限平衡法对边坡稳定性进行分析,使用极限平衡法中最常用的瑞典圆弧法、简化Bishop法和Janbu法对边坡安全系数进行探讨和研究;同时,高填方路基的填筑高度较大,会导致路基下的地基土发生较大沉降,在填筑过程中必须先通过计算对路基的变形进行预测,本文基于有限差分法基本原理对路基变形进行分析和研究。 (2)以极限平衡法为理论基础,使用数值模拟软件对不同工况下高填方路堤的边坡稳定性进行计算与分析,来研究不同计算方法、不同边坡级数、不同坡率、不同平台宽度等因素对边坡稳定性的影响。 (3)以有限差分法为理论基础,通过数值模拟软件对不同工况下高填方路堤的路基变形进行计算与分析,以研究不同边坡级数、不同坡率、不同填筑厚度等因素对路基变形的影响。 (4)路基的强度和稳定性受路基填筑方法及其填筑技术影响极大。路基的填筑施工在公路交通建设当中相当重要,路基填筑工程的施工方法和施工质量直接影响相应工程的质量和成本,因此掌握高填方土质路基填筑工程的施工技术理论和方法是非常重要的。本文以湖南某高速公路路基工程为依托工程,基于施工控制含水率和压实度的控制方法为主要研究对象,结合路基施工工艺及填筑施工流程、碾压机械的选择以及含水率和压实度的快速检测方法来论述路基填筑方法及其技术研究。
[Abstract]:High fill soil subgrade is easy to produce slope instability and subgrade settlement phenomenon, the demand for strength and stability is high, need to be paid attention to in engineering practice, on the one hand, in order to prevent high fill slope instability. It is necessary to calculate the slope stability in the engineering construction. On the other hand, in order to ensure that the deformation of high filling subgrade meets the requirements of specifications, it is necessary to predict the deformation of subgrade in the process of filling. In addition, the stability of roadbed is affected by subgrade filling technology. Therefore, it is very important to master the construction technology theory and method of high-fill subgrade. In this paper, the stability of high embankment is studied, and the slope stability of high embankment under different working conditions is calculated and analyzed by using the limit equilibrium method to discuss the slope progression and slope ratio. The influence of platform width and other factors on slope stability; At the same time, the finite difference method is used to calculate and analyze the subgrade deformation of high embankment under different working conditions, so as to reveal the influence of slope grade, slope ratio and filling thickness on the subgrade deformation. Combined with the concept of moisture content and compaction, the construction technology is studied. The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1) because the slope height of high embankment is high, the slope stability must be checked and calculated. In this paper, the developed limit equilibrium method is used to analyze the slope stability. In this paper, the Swedish arc method, which is the most commonly used method of limit equilibrium, is used to study the safety factor of slope by simplified Bishop method and Janbu method. At the same time, the high filling height of the embankment will lead to a large settlement of the foundation soil under the roadbed. In the process of filling, the deformation of the subgrade must be forecasted by calculation. Based on the basic principle of finite difference method, the deformation of roadbed is analyzed and studied in this paper. Based on the limit equilibrium method, the slope stability of high fill embankment under different working conditions is calculated and analyzed by using numerical simulation software to study different calculation methods and different slope series. The influence of different slope ratio and platform width on slope stability. Based on the finite difference method, the subgrade deformation of high embankment under different working conditions is calculated and analyzed by numerical simulation software, in order to study different slope series and different slope ratio. The influence of different filling thickness and other factors on subgrade deformation. The strength and stability of subgrade are greatly affected by the method and technology of subgrade filling, and the construction of subgrade is very important in highway traffic construction. The construction method and construction quality of the subgrade filling project directly affect the quality and cost of the corresponding project. Therefore, it is very important to master the construction technology theory and method of high filling soil subgrade. This paper is based on a highway subgrade project in Hunan Province. Based on the control method of water content and compaction degree of construction control, combined with subgrade construction technology and filling construction process as the main research object. The selection of roller compaction machine and the fast measuring method of moisture content and compaction degree are discussed in this paper.
