【摘要】:我国交通运输行业产生的碳排放仅次于能源行业,是中国碳排放的主要来源。高速公路作为交通运输行业的重要组成部分,碳减排技术尤其是碳减排效益的量化研究还处于起步阶段。目前对于高速公路的碳减排研究主要集中在道路施工建设方面,而对运营阶段的研究相对较少,因此有必要对高速公路运营期的碳减排效益进行计算分析。论文通过碳足迹评价方法,分别从用户和管理公司的角度,对高速公路运营过程中的所有碳排放环节进行了分析,明确了高速公路碳排放主要影响因素,并针对江苏省高速公路碳减排现状,提出16个方面的低碳措施。以高速公路运营期碳排放影响因素为依据,在现场调研和理论分析的基础上,建立了6种碳减排计算模型,包括ETC系统碳减排模型、拥堵碳减排模型、油气回收系统碳减排模型、服务区电气消耗碳减排模型、维修养护碳减排模型以及绿化带碳减排模型,分别对每个模型的相关参数进行确定,为高速公路运营期碳减排量化分析提供了理论依据。以visual basic.net为开发平台,将6种碳减排模型作为功能模块,研发了高速公路运营期碳减排软件系统,用户可根据不同模块输入相关统计数据,由软件计算生成碳减排量,系统操作便捷、运行稳定,具有较强的实用性。
[Abstract]:China's transportation industry produces carbon emissions second only to the energy industry, is the main source of carbon emissions in China. Expressway as an important part of the transport industry. Carbon abatement technology, especially the quantitative study of carbon abatement benefits is still in its infancy. At present, the research on carbon emission reduction of freeway is mainly focused on road construction, but the research on operation phase is relatively less. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate and analyze the carbon emission reduction benefits of expressway operation period. Through the carbon footprint evaluation method, the paper respectively from the perspective of users and management companies. In this paper, all the carbon emission links in the expressway operation are analyzed, and the main influencing factors of the expressway carbon emission are identified, and the current situation of the expressway carbon emission reduction in Jiangsu Province is pointed out. On the basis of field investigation and theoretical analysis, six carbon emission reduction calculation models were established. Including ETC system carbon emission reduction model, congestion carbon emission reduction model, oil and gas recovery system carbon emission reduction model, service area electricity consumption carbon emission reduction model, maintenance and maintenance carbon emission reduction model and green belt carbon emission reduction model. The relevant parameters of each model are determined respectively, which provides a theoretical basis for the quantitative analysis of carbon emission reduction in expressway operation period. Visual basic.net is used as the development platform. Six carbon emission reduction models are used as function modules to develop a carbon abatement software system in expressway operation period. Users can input relevant statistical data according to different modules and the amount of carbon emission reduction can be generated by the software. The system is easy to operate. Stable operation and strong practicability.
